I mean let’s be honest. Milroe is a legit 4.3/4.4 guy not a slightly faster than normal QB.

I get it but I don’t think people understand having straight line speed doesn’t do QB’s any good. You have to be elusive and be quick to hurt people with your feet as a QB. Milroe doesn’t have a ton of wiggle because of how big he is. He’s a freak once he gets going but he hasn’t exactly show the quick escape ability that benefits a mobile QB. Im not sure any of our QB’s are quick and agile but Milroe’s speed doesn’t give him some huge advantage like people make it out to be. Unless we call designed runs and block them well his speed is useless.

I'm still excited for the game Saturday and we are going to win by 10 points or more.

For the first time since 2008 clemson I am not expecting Bama to win their game on Saturday, simply just hoping.

Really even with Bryce, Will Anderson and the fact Tenn hadn't beaten Bama since 2004?

Tennessee had their best team in years and it was in Knoxville. We didn’t know Bryce would play the week before. Plus he was coming off an injury.

I knew Bryce could only do so much with our young receivers.

If he was suspended, why was he traveling with the team and fully dressed out on the sideline?

Is that a Coach Saban rule? Are all suspensions treated the same or are some more severe?

It's coaching enabling piss poor culture. It was the issue last year and it's the issue this year. Where is the accountability?

Well, I know 2 coaches that are gone from last year so I guess we can rule them out...lol

Did you see the video of him walking into the locker-room for the rain delay?

I was wondering if anyone else saw that clip. I was going to link it but figured I'd catch he'll because I was going to say he looked dazed and confused!

Well then enlighten us. The onus is on the ones making the claim with zero proof. That's kind of how these things work.

Guys, I don't think it really matters if the rumor is true or not. I don't buy Saban has gotten that much softer to begin with. I've still seen him yelling, throwing down clip boards, etc. Most agree, working for him has got to be tough. I want him to be the bastard we've known... but not to stroke out.

He tries to let the team run itself, there are reasons why senior leadership rule whether some violate rules and are punished.

Most of us here have been around for some time. I'll give him a pass until we have something concrete, like the losing season everyone keeps talking about.

For all we know, the following clip is the reason he allowed the decision to be made and publicly released -- from a movie we all know.

Before you attack -- Don't mistake this for simply a fictional scene. This technique is in use today; in the military, sports and business.

You can only bring so many players when you travel. Why waste a spot on a guy that definitely won't play and is suspended?

Bookmarked. I’ll be sure to bring this back up in about 3 weeks when he’s getting serious Heisman buzz.

LOL at this. Seriously I am in the floor about to die laughing so hard.

With Milroe as the starter we will have at least 2 if not
3 more losses in the next 3 weeks.

I have a prediction, the only comfortable win we have the rest of the year will be against Chattanooga. Everything else will be a struggle and we end up with at least 4 losses, possibly 5.

I’m not sure that’s the case but I’m almost sure this was planned on a weak opponent because Milroe seemed to be completely fine and show good sportsmanship. Like he wasn’t worried. Go back and watch his body language.

Smh you guys are wishing your team lose just because you don't like the QB.

We would lose by even more with Ty starting so you guys better get behind the team because the best we got right now is Milroe

No one is wishing that Alabama loses this weekend; but, some of us are trying to be realistic.

Just like you believe you are being realistic about the results we would get if Ty starts, those of us who aren’t emotionally invested in Milroe believe he is a terrible QB option. Is he the best option? I don’t think “best option” is a adequate choice of words when it comes to Alabama’s QB choices.

It’s ok to be negative about your personal views on the team. It’s ok to be realistic. People want to ban people just for speaking their mind and saying what they believe to be true.

I recall this same treatment when I was in here lambasting the coordinator hires in the off season. Then all you optimists came in here and you all convinced each other that Rees was going to be great and Steele was going to get us back to playing defense to the Alabama standard.

Last week half of y’all were convinced we were headed to the promised land because of a QB change now the other half are convinced we are headed back because we made a change back to Milroe.

It’s all so hilarious. All the realistic people know we are headed toward a cliff, and once we go over, it’s over.

Y’all better get your minds right. With Milroe starting we have a minimum of 2 more loses coming, could be 3, could be way more. I doubt things would be any better with any of the other QBs.
