SIAP. I just came across this. He passed away in February. He was 48.
He was the son of Tom Roberts, long time color commentator on Alabama basketball radio broadcasts.

I saw that. Have not heard the cause, but with so many younger people having "cardiac" like events.....that is the first thing I wondered.

Been to druid city a few times, it's a nice place to chill and vibe.

In his celebration of life they requested donations to multiple myeloma research. Very sad - never realized the connection to Tom Roberts.

Elliot hosted a lot of live team trivia events at Wilhagens and stuff around town. He was always a fun guy. Never knew he was Tom Robert’s son. Hate to see he passed away.

I recall his hosting. Definitely made it more entertaining.

Thursday night trivia at Wilhagen’s. I miss those good old days. Who remembers the Philosoraptors?

Hated to hear that about Elliott. He was a genuinely good dude and was a fun host.

Wilhagen’s isn’t even around anymore. The bars are always changing but I figured that one would last forever.

Never been to Druid City, but based off of pics, it looks like a cash only craft beer type dive.

I do. Lol.
Always liked the catchy team names like "My couch pulls out, but I don't "

Loved going to Wilhagen's for pint night. Memory is kind of hazy from those years, but I do remember Elliott. He was a friend of friends. Nice guy.
