Just from looking at the transformation his body went through while he was there. When he left Bama he looked like a comic book hero.

Yeah, pretty sure he's still in the D-League or whatever they call it, and doing pretty well.

Because this is a sports message board.

The point I have been making is that all this talk about attitudes and buying in is baseless conjecture

Baseless? Well other than multiple reports about locker room chemistry...Norfolk player stating how Bama players were lazy in warmups...reports that Watford sensed bad locker room chemistry during his visit.

When, the REAL reason is that they were playing for a coach that didn't know what he was doing, and it eventually affected how they practiced, played, and cared.

Possible...but also possible a kid has a bad attitude. Neither you or I know the REAL reason.

"Attitude" is the first and laziest excuse used by fans when something isn't going right for a player.

Maybe, maybe not.

Now, since we all agree, let's move on and hope our players come back and our new coach teaches them some stuff.

I agree

I've always had terrible allergies.
I've been using generic Zyrtec at night and generic Flonase spray first thing in the morning and its been a life saver. Youve got to blow your nose good as soon as you wake up and use the flonase. Two sprays in each nostril.
It's worked great for me.

I have horrible allergies and this year is worse than I can remember. I'm dying

You guys go to the local co-op and get some honey. It will help out so much

I wouldn't mind him offering Retin to take ponytail's place, maybe his guy Hodgson as his top assistant, a dude with very strong JUCO ties as another assistant. And last, a guy with Southeastern HS connections who is good at player development for the last guy.

We need to get a good S&C coach

The good news is he'd have to sit at any of these places, and if his goal is a quick route to the NBA then having a big year next year is a huge carrot that only we can provide.

How does the transfer work in basketball compared to football these days? Because the NCAA has basically taken the position that they don't give a shite in football. If it was football Kira could tell them the Alabama pollen ruined his car wash and now he is depressed and they would be like "damn son that IS a hardship, please pick the school of your choice and you can play immediately."

Damn, notice how Buffalo’s offensive stats start climbing in year 2 of Oats. Year 1, flat, learning the system, maybe a half step slow thinking about what to do. Year 2, stats start climbing pretty dramatically from the look of it.

It’s a little concerning that defense starts sinking in year 2. What do you guys make of that?

I was wondering about this as well. I think they set a dangerous precedent by allowing Justin Fields and a few others to transfer this off season without having to sit out.

Hoping we can get one of his assistants, Bryan Hodgson. Strong JUCO connections and a good recruiter.
