I'm pretty sure SoFi Stadium is available on Thursday afternoon if they want to just move this whole production down the road to a domed stadium

If you look at the hourly forecast graphic I posted, the winds look they'll be minimal in Pasadena. I think the wind gust report from the other graphic is for a different county or different day.

Bottom line… for now the Tournament of Roses Parade looks very wet… then the possibility of a passing shower or two during the Rose Bowl game.
