Yes, and JJ Watt said (a couple of years ago) it's the nicest grass he's ever stepped foot on.

Hopefully they wear long cleats if necessary

If I remember right that was an issue at Michigan in the Reliaquest bowl

It’s gorgeous.

Showers don’t worry me. An absolute downpour does.

However, if we don’t turn the ball over, I like our chances.

I'm pretty sure SoFi Stadium is available on Thursday afternoon if they want to just move this whole production down the road to a domed stadium

Not that it would happen, but haven’t they moved game times on major games before? Same day but better forecasted times?

Peak wind gusts of 30-50 MPH.

Sounds like we better find a damn run game...nothing kills a pass game more than wind.

They definitely have for fires, hurricanes, things of that nature.

It’d would only work if they switched the Georgia game time.

If you look at the hourly forecast graphic I posted, the winds look they'll be minimal in Pasadena. I think the wind gust report from the other graphic is for a different county or different day.

If raining, hopefully the staff is on top of needed adjustment with cleats, gloves, etc.

People are already tweeting at the Bama equipment guys, so hopefully they're on the case

ROSE BOWL: The latest high resolution guidance suggests rain will be widespread in the Los Angeles area Thursday morning… with just scattered lingering showers during the afternoon hours.

Bottom line… for now the Tournament of Roses Parade looks very wet… then the possibility of a passing shower or two during the Rose Bowl game.
