What makes this dude think Milroe will develop next year after showing little to no development since his 2022 start vs A&M? These analysts are almost as dumb as Milroe himself.

Kareem has a point.

We just kept dropping him back. Even Boise State adjusted and started moving the pocket by rolling their QB out.

We just kept dropping the guy back as he kept throwing late ducks (if he kept his eyes up to read at all).

That has been my fear all year long. These coordinators don't know how to adjust and we don't have enough quality off-field staff with on-field experience to help them see the game better during the game (and with gameplanning).

You saying the guy who was fired from Indiana and promoted to OC as a last resort isn’t cutting it as an SEC-level coordinator?

Lol!

It doesn't matter if you move the pocket and all this other nonsense. Jalen Milroe has time but the PROBLEM is...he can't read defenses and he's inaccurate!

Folks just out there RUNNING WIDE TF OPEN!

No he didn't have time most of the game. It's why his sorry arse started to panic and when he did have time he wouldn't sit in the pocket because his mental clock was rushed.

If you actually understand the game of football you know you have to try to manage your QB and calm him by helping him.

When Milroe goes to Bad.. then WorstMilroe and we are too stubborn to bench him then you might as well do other things like roll him to give him the pass run option

Seems like a nice guy but Rees who I thought was just decent last year at least could adjust with help during halftime.

Sheridan doesn't adjust. He just runs the same thing repeatedly hoping for a new result.

How the heck is that gonna work if your QB is fragile and falls apart in adversity and your OTs barely can block the guy in front of them?

Most of the time him not having enough time is his own fault because he doesn’t know how to slide protection or throw hot when the defense has more than we can block. He also bails and panics too quickly at times and sacks himself.

Brock Osweiller pointed it out at least twice yesterday and at least 3 or 4 other times he pointed out guys running wide open and Milroe not seeing them.

I just don’t understand how anybody in our fanbase can make a judgement on DeBoer after this season. He is an offensive Coach and had a Running back playing QB…only so much he can do. David Palmer was a better fricking QB than Milroe

It's Milroe's fault for bad passes, weak runs, late throws and missed reads.

It isn't his fault when our OTs are blown up immediately and their DEs are teeing off play after play in the first half.

This is not an excuse for Milroe being terrible. He is still terrible and our OTs are still terrible as well.

Again, if feels like I'm discussing with people who don't really understand the game and just need one villian to blame for many issues.

I wanted Ty in that game. Even he would have got his shite pushed in with how bad the OL was blocking.

I’ve heard a few former players talk recently about how loose the culture is now ad how DeBoer has made a lot of head scratching moves (like move practices to morning) that at the time just seemed to be BS. Now starting to think there are some issues.

I mean Milroe has gotta realize this and change it at the line. Brailsford too, but Washington never had this problem last year so…that narrows it down to Milroe

People were wondering why we were snapping the ball so early vs UGA in the 4th Q it’s because The coaches can’t talk to Milroe under 15 seconds

My only complaints about DeBoer year 1 is not making a change at QB after Tennessee debacle and I thought the gameplan vs Vandy was arrogant and vanilla that’s why they beat our arse.

So the Vandy loss is 100% on DeBoer and Wommack but the Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Michigans losses are on our sorry arse Quarterback

I was screaming from the rooftops during the Tennessee game that our idiot quarterback should have been replaced. Heck, we were lucky to have beaten South Carolina the week before because of his blunders. Some of that was coaching strategy issues, too. DeBoer has to show marked improvement in 25 or he really will be on a hot seat. A decent quarterback under center this year would have gotten us a playoff berth. Very disappointing and concerning look going forward.

Milroe can't read defenses, even on the run option plays. He calls his own number too often when from my view (TV) he should have handed off to RB. Those are 1 or 2 player reads (DE/LB). No way he will ever read 2/3 pass check downs.

Apparently there was literally nothing Jalen Milroe could’ve done to be benched. Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely nightmarish. Hope we don’t have another Harsin leading our program.
