Lot of sloppy undisciplined penalties that we are unaccustomed to seeing. #74 had a really rough night,

Bama went in to coast mode and almost didnt get it turned back on.

We had the ball 4 times in the second half. They went

Punt
TD
TD
Mercy knee 1st and goal at the 5.

Bama jumped out to a big lead in the 1st quarter and simply played even the rest of the game after Oklahoma got their offense going. Bama never had to turn anything back on because it never went off.

Well I hope our gunners can cover and force a fair catch on a 30 yd punt.

I like your glass half full attitude though.

I agree with this . We take some of the best receivers in the country off the field to have both Q B 'S out there. But IMO the game was never really close . O U would score and we would eat clock and score. I think score was closer than the game was actually .

We also do that every time we run the ball. So we should pass every down, huh?

I thought someone mentioned the fact our DB's keep dropping possible INT's that hit them in the hands, but I cant find it. Maybe another thread. Anyhow DB's dropping turnover opportunities could be the difference in any big game so... would be nice if those guys could start finishing these turnover opportunities.

Thompson hasn't been the same since earlier in the year when he was playing at a freaking Pro Bowl level.

I don't see the running backs passing the ball . I guess having a running back in is a eye candy now ?

Xavier dropped a tough one that Murray overthrew his TE on, and Thompson dropped a jump ball in the end zone

I like the Hurts wrinkle, for a few reasons:

1.He is actually getting good yards

2. Teams have to plan for it

3. We have other plays designed from that not yet showcased

If we get in a bind against Clemson bet your arse we run a QB throw type play with Jalen and it will probably work. Jet sweep throw or something of that nature.
