No, as it turns out they changed the description like three times.
It wound up not being a pass Complete (0 yards to the 42) - Personal foul (33 yards to Tenn 25); to pass complete (16 yards to Tenn 42) - Personal Foul (17 yards to Tenn 25); To pass completions 18 yards to Tenn 42) - Personal Foul (15 yards to Tenn 25).
