Yep. I made it out lucky. I had to get 8 stitches under my lip and they did a fantastic job. BARELY noticeable scar. Stitches are minor and not that big of a deal, though. I'm not a Prothro use case.

I went there once with a broken ankle. They gave me a morphine shot in an air cast and sent me on my way

Lol. Sure you can say that about a lot of Hospital in the state, outside of the big systems.. Healthcare here just isn't all that.

No I haven't ever lived in Tuscaloosa and I really only go there for football/basketball games so I don't know a whole lot about hospitals/buildings/etc. Thanks for letting me know tho

Last word, was some kind of domestic dispute sent him off. He had his girlfriend at gun point somewhere down around 69 South. She managed to get away and called the cops, who went on a semi-slow car chase up to the ER at DCH where the "stand-off" lasted for about 5 hours.
He is supposedly in custody now and over at the "Nervous Hospital" (Carl Childers words) in Northport getting evaluated to see how bat-shite crazy he is.
