One of Brodie years we didn't even have enough QBs to have two teams right?

Wasn't that bad, but I do believe in Mike Prices one spring game he coached, Brodie took every single snap for the Crimson team and I guess Spencer Pennington took all or most of the snaps for the white team. I think the Crimson team won like 47-0. It was stupid. I think he basically let the 1s beat up on the 2s.

No new information from today's Spring Practice Report.

The Cyrus and Christion still practicing at DB. Dickson still switching between DE and OLB.

– The defensive linemen did a drill, seemingly simulating slant blitzes.

– In the outside linebacking corps, it appears that Ryan Anderson is serving as the back-up to Xzavier Dickson while Dillon Lee is staying behind Denzell Devall as he fights for playing time.

- Former Alabama running back Mark Ingram and defensive lineman Damion Square were in Tuscaloosa for practice today. Square is looking to be drafted in the 2013 NFL Draft while Ingram will enter another season with the New Orleans Saints in the fall, his first wearing No. 22, the number he wore with the Crimson Tide.

– As the media was exiting the practice facility, former Alabama running back Bobby Humphrey was entering the practice facility alongside his son Marlon and Marlon’s high school coach at Hoover High School in Hoover, Ala., Josh Niblett. Marlon has been ranked highly as a 2014 defensive back and is considering Alabama.

Would love to see Fanning put it together this year. Tought he had the potential to be 3-out.

It'll be interesting to see how they use Fanning this year. If they wanted him to be a standard 2 gap 3-4 DE, then I think they would've continued to beef him up. He's starting to look like an Aldon Smith/Jason Taylor type. I know hasn't been working with the OLBs, but I'm thinking the plan may be to use him as a disrupter from the DE spot.

He was preparing for his second career as a bare knuckle brawler.

Some lady has been bringing a sign to all the games that says "Steen Roller", and players are ribbing him about it.
