we have bout 6 guys at safety who have experience..Drake would be behind a lot of guys..He will see plenty of PT until the true freshmen learn the play book

No one really knows how things are going to play out until after kickoff. Still think the OL will be fine, but it's going to take at least a few weeks into the season for them to gel and be a cohesive unit.
Given the OL struggles, it sucks that there seems to still be a lack of pass rush.

Maybe because Dee's had two bad injuries Drake is a better talent, but if Dee's knees were healed I'd take him ability wise.

I prefer Hart over Drake. Before his injury I felt he was coming on really well.

I think Saban was saying in the presser that he wasn't pleased with the pass rush. Not sure, I didn't watch it, but I watched Gribble and Don talk about it and they said something to that effect.

Pagan did not play and the first string NG sat out some of practice. NS has always been a debbie downer and with the polls coming out showing us number 1 this was probably his way of bringing the team down a peg.

Yep, and the "good news" like you said is that he didn't kill or hurt anyone. That, and we've got 2 weeks to prepare somebody else to take his place for the opener.

I think they flirted with LC at the Star in practice some last year but it's been Safety and Money this year
