Quiet as kept, we have too many key players from outside of Alabama that don't understand. They don't get it. Understand this: We have talented players from all over the country. We have talented players from Alabama that GET it. But too many in key positions just don't get it.
Today, it was verified that this is the softest Alabama team since the Shula era.
Jalen Hurts - Texas. Talented, but doesn't get it.
Robert Foster - Pennsylvania. Talented, but doesn't get it.
Tony Brown - Texas. Talented, but doesn't get it.
Averett - New Jersey. Talented, but doesn't get it.
Levi Wallace - Arizona. Talented, but doesn't get it.
Christian Miller - South Carolina. Talented, but doesn't get it.
Jonah Williams - California. Talented, but doesn't get it.
Pierschbacher - Iowa. Talented, but doesn't get it.
These are TALENTED, elite football players. But they don't get it. Daboll doesn't get it.
We need more people ON THE FIELD AND SIDELINE that GET IT

This is a stretch. We just aren’t great. We can’t pass the ball. Not hard to defend for a good defense. We happened to play one tonight.

These guys don't GET IT man. I saw way too much lack of effort. Guys didn't look locked in. The game plan was shite. Saban coached scared punting on 4th and inches and an already soft and scared team reacted accordingly

Alabama only produces so many D-1A quality players and lets be honest, some of them have no desire to play at Bama. For example, being from Mobile, I can attest that LSU and FSU have as much in-road to the local schools as Bama does. So why not go for the best of the best in the nation?

Because some guys from outside of football-heavy regions don't play against the toughest competition in the country.
Do you really expect guys from New Jersey and Pennsylvania to come down here and dominate guys from Alabama that grew up picking a side?
