I just don't think you risk a position like RB especially when we don't have anyone that's proven.

I've read Harris, Emmons, and Jacobs have been back there

I hear ya. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. I just don't see the "risk" you speak of.

Drakes return was the last game of the season. I understand what you are saying, but we didn't need depth after the game. I see your point with things. I don't even know what the kick coverages look like. Hell, he could have all four of them out there for all I know.
How many people would be for having all 4 RBs out there during kick coverage?

I was at fan day and just as I was about to say "frick it, start Hurts", Bateman had a string of 5 really, really nice decisions/throws including 2 forty yarders for TDs so now I'm back on Team Bateman. The reason I was leaning Hurts before that is he just looks so comfortable, smooth, polished, and decisive. He does the little things like keeping his eyes downfield while carrying the ball high in both hands when flushed from the pocket. Barnett was ok but seemed less decisive/consistent than Bateman and Hurts to my eyes.

Diggs looked good. I've been coming to these for years and never remember seeing a player split time between O and D

Robert Foster looks great. Physical and fast

Might have our best group of TEs this year with OJ, Hentges, Forrestal and Irv Smith

Diggs must be just an unreal talent.

He returned a kickoff at one point and had unreal acceleration up the field. Caused me to look up who was wearing #7

It looks like this class is going to be amazing. I can smell some more trophies

Only real concern is the DL class with Hulk not making it. I like Williams and Davis and to a lesser extent King, but none of them have really made a move so far.

Rest of the class looks sick. Hopefully those 3 guys can get their sea legs soon and start getting some snaps with he 2's. No offense to Ball or Dwight, but seeing them playing with the 2's doesn't make me think "dominance" like last year's depth did on the DL.

The DL/ OLB is one of those legacy kind of positions. You could be really good but wait a year. Hell Tim Williams did,so did Anderson and Tomlinson . I think their time will come.

Just need Ball to do his best Nick Gentry impression. Sneaky quick interior pass rusher. But what size is Ball now?

Not sure about the rest of the group. Need the big dogs to stay healthy and need Payne to be a monster.

Any update on the status of Emmons and R.Davis? Im kinda counting them out but we could sure use Davis on the DL

Emmons was very impressive from what I hear. Angry runner. Davis is doing well, nothing off the charts.

Thanks for the on-site QB update. Best case scenerio is Bateman (becsuse no one transfers and Tau feels he could enter the competition). However, as much as I want it to be him (seems like an excellent guy) I think we have our collective doubts.

I forgot to mention that the hit of the day was Ryan Anderson popping a WO RB. Who can name the player that he infamously popped at fan day 5 years ago?

Some good info there. Is BOL doing a free week or something to gain viewership for the season?
