Correct. The players he has now need to be coached to be in the right position to make plays. So far, he hasn't.

If you are looking for good ole' beating people down and taking out your frustration, I'd suggest any games of the Batman Arkham series. Nonstop crushing dudes.

I think he's done a fine job, and I can't put much blame on the ILBs shoulders tonight. But I respect your opinion.

Burrow played about as well as possible in the first half. We stunk it up. It comes down to the first 30 minutes. We got whooped and it sucks

For the first 26 minutes and final 30 minutes of the game we outscored them 41-32. Our offense completely shitting the bed in every imaginable way during the last 4 minutes of the 1st half was the difference.

Explain how having two talented and experienced ILBs would stop us from stunting linemen on 3rd and 1 or playing the same straight up coverages over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over despite not having an elite pass rush.

No offense my friend, but I personally believe that LSU's success was due to their guys winning more 1-on-1 matchups than us. You can say Golding should have called X or Y defense, but if you don't execute that play call either, you fail.

Players have to execute. It's just my opinion, and we can disagree.

Yep. Game was lost mainly during the last 3-4 minutes of the 1st half.

Najee runs for 7 on 1st down; 2nd and 3 near midfield with about 3 min left in the 2nd quarter, down 19-13. The thing LSU's defense does best is defend the wide perimeter. No brainer -- feed Najee, use our OL power, mix in some slants, etc. Clock chewing drive to take 20-19 halftime lead. Nope, Sark calls two wide plays right into LSU's strength. So we punt and 3 minutes later, instead of being up by 20-19 at the half, we end up down by 13-33.

We outscored LSU 28-13 in the 2nd half.

Alright, fellers. Time to move on to the grill, some other games, and maybe my wife's supple breasts. I wish you all a safe Saturday, and please refrain from drinking and driving. Let's remember to be cool to each other and support the team. Roll Tide.

I’m just going to say that it’s fricking ridiculous that Gus Malzahn now consistently fields defenses way better than ours.

#36 is a fuking joke at best....He has zero football savvy and coaching isn't going to fix his issues. The problem is the recruiting has been so bad for these past 3 years that nobody but two freshmen are able to even play. I find it hard to believe #10 is a worse ILB than 35/8/36. He must be dumber than dirt.

I pointed the same thing out several times.
Dude could have went I formation like on goal line as najee was ready..!
Judey bailed stark out when we scored on 4-goal.
As najee had just busted a strong up the middle run to get us down there.
Stark does no know when to play the chains.
You could read saban lips saying why not go for the first down we could have gotten
at like the 3 yrd line on two possible downs. That was when juedy dropped the slant..

I almost never agree with this dude but he’s spot on.

Flat out got beat by LSU. It is what it is.

The coaches didn’t turn it over at the worst possible moments. The coaches didn’t botch that punt. At some point the players have to execute. Everybody shares the successes and failures. Today they just beat us.

24 hour rule. Learn and move forward.

It starts up front. Auburn's DL is fantastic and full of upperclassmen. They just hit HRs on DL recruiting in a couple of classes back to back while our front 7 recruiting was pretty weak for a couple of classes prior to this one, leaving us with only a handful of quality upperclassmen. Then a few of them got hurt and we found ourselves starting a bunch of freshmen.

So, do we still think that Auburn will beat us. I think we play with our hair on fire the rest it the way.
