Swept by Florida.
Averaged 1.6 runs per game over the weekend.
Finnerty had the longest outing among our starting pitchers at 4 innings.
Florida is a Super Regional/CWS team and we simply are not.
Nothing to do but regroup and take care of business against Troy and try again next weekend.
We will find out a lot about our team by the way they bounce back. Drop the game against Troy and get swept again by USC and it’s going to be a lonnnnnnnnng rest of the year.

It’s going to be a long season. Rebound midweek and hopefully we can find two wins against South Carolina of all teams.

The consensus of this thread is we were hoping for a long season as in 12-18ish in conference not lonnnnnnng as is 8-22.
