It wasn't on the official page when I looked just in Google's cache. I guess.

They think Enos used Michigan to void his non-compete clause at Arkansas. And the fact that he’s a Michigan State guy adds fuel to the fire.

I love it when we win!!! And we win a lot

This hire makes me very happy. I know he won't be calling plays, but if you want to see a masterpiece of a game called, watch Arky at LSU 2015.

Alabama set to hire former Arkansas OC | al.com

A high-ranking member of Bret Bielema's Arkansas staff these last few years is coming to Alabama.
Dan Enos, whom Michigan recently hired as an offensive assistant, is leaving the Wolverines and joining the Crimson Tide as associate head coach and quarterbacks coach, a source confirmed to AL.com.
The 49-year old Enos was Bielema's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Arkansas from 2015 through last season after four seasons as the head coach at Central Michigan.
"I think the guy is a really good coach," Alabama coach Nick Saban said of Enos in 2015.
Enos has known Saban since 1987, when Enos was a freshman quarterback at Michigan State and Saban was the team's defensive coordinator.
In addition to Arkansas, Enos has also coached quarterbacks coach at Michigan State (2006), Cincinnati (2004-05), North Dakota State (2003), Western Michigan (2000-02), Missouri State (1999) and Southern Illinois (1997-98).
Yahoo Sports first reported about Alabama being set to hire Enos.

New Alabama DB coach a 'bright, young football coach' | al.com
quote:
One of the hires that's been known about since last week became official Thursday as Alabama announced the hiring of Karl Scott as its defensive backs coach.
Scott joins the Crimson Tide after spending the last two seasons as Texas Tech's defensive backs coach and after one month at Louisiana-Lafayette with former Alabama assistant Billy Napier, who had hired Scott as his defensive coordinator in December.
"We are excited to announce the addition of Karl Scott to our defensive staff," coach Nick Saban said in a statement. "He is a bright, young football coach who boasts a lot of experience coaching the secondary. He does an excellent job in terms of teaching the players, and he is someone we believe will be a tremendous asset in recruiting."
Two Texas Tech defensive backs were All Big-12 selections under Scott last season.
Word is that new Alabama assistant Pete Golding is a big fan of Scott. The two worked together at both Tusculum and Southeastern Louisiana.
Scott has coached two different position groups -- defensive backs and linebackers -- and also has some defensive coordinator experience. He was Southeastern Louisiana's defensive coordinator in 2014.
That 2014 Southeastern Louisiana defense ranked seventh in the FCS in total defense.
"I have an incredible amount of appreciation for The University of Alabama and the program Coach Saban has built in Tuscaloosa," Scott said. "I am very thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this coaching staff because as a defensive coach, it doesn't get any better than working for Coach Saban. I look forward to doing my part to help continue the success this program has enjoyed."

Longtime Alabama coach, staffer Bobby Williams leaving for new job | al.com
quote:
A longtime Alabama assistant and staffer is leaving.
Bobby Williams, who has been with the Crimson Tide since 2008, is heading west to be an assistant coach at Oregon. He spent two years in an off-the-field position while his new job is reportedly back on the field.
Williams will be the tight ends coach for Oregon, 247Sports reported. The two-year contract is worth $300,000 a year, OregonLive.com reported. A spring 2015 pay raise bumped Williams' salary to $440,840 a year at Alabama.
At Oregon, Williams will be reunited with former Alabama assistant Mario Cristobal. Promoted after the season, Cristobal just finished his first season as co-offensive coordinator/offensive line coach.
Williams was a Saban assistant dating back to their time at Michigan State. He took over the head coaching job in 2000 when Saban left for LSU, coached three years in that position before being fired in 2002.
Williams then coached under Saban at LSU in 2004 and with the Dolphins 2005-06 before joining him at Alabama in 2008. He coached tight ends and special teams through the 2015 season when he moved to a special assistant role under Saban.
"I try to stay involved in the offense and stay involved with the kicking game," Williams said about his duties at Alabama at this year's Sugar Bowl media day. "That's pretty much what my day looks like."
As of Thursday night, Williams was no longer listed the staff page of the official Alabama website.

This coaching staff looks like it’s gonna be AMAZING

seriously? williams took a $140,000 paycut just to get back on the field as a coach? wow!
Posted on 1/26/18 at 7:59 am to crimsontater
Saban may have hooked Bobby up with Crstobal. His $441k is hard to justify for him as an off-field analyst, especially with costs of adding a 10th on-field assistant, promotions & hires, Pannunzio moving to admin., etc.

Which is nuts. The no-compete would have come off the table the minute Arky fired him.

The fact that they think Alabama is somehow obsessed with Harbaugh and Michigan, while at the same time Harbaugh has spent energy holding satellite camps in Alabama and trying to spar in the media with Saban tells you all you need to know.

Jim Harbaugh is the best 8-5 coach in college football today.
