Like 12+ carries each. They don’t seem to have much feel for things right now. Miller trying to bounce 4th and 1 instead of sticking his nose in there and pushing the pile, and Haynes stopping (I guess trying to make a guy miss and get a big play) were two plays that really hurt last night. Can’t blame them much given their touches have been so limited. I’d like to see both of them get some carries and some feel next week.

It was clear that the film showed that pounding the rock inside between the tackles was a fools errand. You scheme up to win the game, and compared to other offensive play callers in the past this staff is aggressive. They did not waste many early possessions trying to maintain "balance".

I think as we move forward away from this game to will see the normal rushing attack between the tackles against teams not named Kentucky and Georgia

I understand what we were doing in this game. I just thought their performance was not very good. Miller did catch the wheel for a TD. I think they need the work.

It was there when UGa adjusted to protect the edges.

Agreed. Running inside was only possible once they took away the edge and even then it was complicated because of what they were doing to prevent Milroe from hurting them on the ground.
