I’ve always thought we’d win but there’s always that sinking feeling (except when we played Notre Dame) that we could lose as well. I watched the Mich vs OSU game this morning, and I wasn’t impressed. OSU made the plays to win but also the plays to lose. Dropped passes on third down, turnovers, blown assignments. I saw a team that won on mistakes and not on strength or talent. Not saying Michigan isn’t good but Mich didn’t dominate like I had assumed. I’m feeling better than I was.

This Bama team has played down to their competition all year. I feel like Bama should dominate and they will if they play their best game but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if this game is a bit of a slog in the first half.

All depends on Milroe imo. If he plays his A game we’ll see Alabama dominate.

On one hand their QB doesn’t worry me, and on the other hand I still remember what Auburns QB did to us. So I know what you mean.

I almost wish that the Auburn game could be thrown out. Alabama always struggles with them in that shithole stadium. This current game is a completely different situation.

The first 6-8 minutes will tell us the deal. If Go Blue can run the ball with success, then game on.

Again, we're depending on Milroe to do more right than wrong.

Hope 26 gets his chance to run the ball.

I don’t know. I felt that way against UGA and that was a bad start. 3 and out. They drove the field and scored. Horrible start.

I’m also interested to see how we utilize all of our running backs. McClellan is set to return and looks fully healthy. But we saw Williams and Miller have really good games against Georgia.

So we thought UGA could run on us and prepared for it, they passed well on drive 1, we went to split safety, end of discussion.

I’m assuming we will either be in split or safety down until we know.

According to NCAA stats for rushing

Tennessee 12
UGA 20
Texas 23
Auburn 24
USF 32
Ole Miss 39
Michigan 60….

Blake Corum is ranked 41 in Rush Yards and 95 in yards per carry.

I'm the exact opposite, mine are just starting. I'm going to be miserable all day tomorrow waiting for kickoff

Yeah this all comes down to whether UM is a byproduct of a massively overrated B10 or not.

FEI has them:
Overall: 1st (Bama: 11th)
Offense: 5th (Bama: 21st)
Defense: 4th (Bama: 9th)

I can’t recall a game where we were so statistically overmatched in the Saban era.

At the same time I’m not sure I’ve felt that a team was as poorly matched against us since Michigan State in 2014.

Dude, they feasted on cupcakes the first nine weeks of the season. They are a very good team but it was easy to beat teams in that conference. Then you factor in the spying scandal.

I have as much confidence in this game as I did Cincinnati, Washington, Notre Dame and Michigan State.

I'm not moved by this Michigan team at all.
