Stevie Wonder could've seen how much better Tua is than Jalen and that Saban has silently named his starter. Stop fricking trying to stir the shite.
I meant to aim that at Maria BTW

What happened?
There are people in remote tribes in Africa that know we have one QB better than the other. This game just pushes that narrative further. However, Saban was asked about how the QB's played and had to be rude to the reporter. His alternative would be to say "One QB looked like a heisman winner and the other one looked okay." He can't stay that though because you don't want to put a player down publicly.

I think it's hilarious. Saban ain't no fake motherfricker. He spoke his mind. Big frickin deal.

That was directed at the media in general, not Maria Taylor specifically.

Like Trump, Saban has been telling us about the fake news media for ten years.

Report: Nick Saban apologized to Maria Taylor for postgame interview outburst (SDS)

It wasn’t broadcast across the country like the initial postgame interview, but it appears Alabama head coach Nick Saban has already tried to make peace with ESPN reporter Maria Taylor.
James Miller, noted author of a book about the origins of ESPN and another on the Creative Artists Agency, reported Sunday afternoon that Saban had called Taylor and apologized Saturday night... (read more)

I'll be honest. I'm not a big fan of female reporters, but I think Maria Taylor is probably the best out there. She is not only respected by the viewers, she is also respected by her peers.I didn't think she deserved that and was glad to hear that CNS apologized. Was not a good look for him IMO.

It wasn’t one of Nick’s finer moments. I understand his method of using the media for his own ends but there’s such a thing as going too far. There was no call for him to blow up on her. Her question, while dealing with the QB situation, wasn’t just a mindless repetition of all the others. You can’t very well coach your players to handle pressure or adversity while keeping your head and then flip your shite like that in such a manner.

Props for her for taking it in stride and not making a big deal of it herself, unless it was behind the scenes.

This. It is a classy move as the Titan of your industry to apologize when you take a mistep

I'm glad he apologized but he was mad as hell anyways and she was just unfortunate that she was the first one in line. The only person that might not have gotten an arse chewing is Tom Rinaldi
