They're losing to Apply St at the half. Wakeup call for Bama after reading press clippings the past week.

Truer words couldn't have been spoken. There are some glaring weaknesses. The Oline and William Anderson's injury concern me the most right now

It’s never as good as it seems and never as bad at it seems..

But we are very good at football.

Our defense is a prodigy compared to the tentative stuff we got from past linebackers … but this team can not walk on and beat every other team in all three phases.

I thought we had recruited better in a few areas, I thought we had better leadership in other areas, and I thought we had a plan set up for some critical parts on offense.

Georgia will be tough if we get there.

We look like a rag tag unit now, but talented!

Last week, I was extremely concerned that Miami put together two 75 yard drives in their first three possessions of the second half.

Interesting fact: Three days ago, Joel Klatt mentioned a previous conversation with Mario Cristobal, where Cristobal said that ever day at Bama is a "reckoning."

In his PC today, Saban talked about how with his dad, every day there was a "reckoning" regarding what you were supposed to do every day.

I honestly think Mario Cristobal is Alabama’s next head coach down the line and I wouldn’t have any problem with it at all. He took Oregon from a complete dumpster fire back into a competitive program again, even despite national perception of the conference. I’d argue he was also around for Nick’s most dominant stretch of football team wise (2013-2016).

I don’t care what anybody says either if OSU is an 8-4 team or what. Those Oregon boys went in there down 3 key defensive players and smacked around Ohio State like they were replaying Iowa from 4 years ago. Big props to Mario. Hope to see him back in T-Town if Nick ever retires.

Disagree on Miami. App State is a really good team that regularly beats P5 teams or takes them to the bell. They are dominant in the G5. They are like a less popular UCF, Memphis, ULL.

Miami was probably a bit overrated but they are still likely a borderline top 25 team. I’d be shocked if they don’t finish 8-4 or better.
