I know this is old news, but I just read about it, and then saw this video, and didn't see any threads. This guys skill kind of blows me away. Dude looks like an NFL guy out there.

Sure it is against a lot of backups, but there are definitely some starters out there, and he just abuses them.

Crazy that we have guys like as this as fkin walk-ons. Never even really heard of this guy before. Its just different at Alabama I guess. I hope that he has success wherever he goes, I'd love to see ball out in some games.

note: I could not care less if this was posted in a megathread and talked about already. If this thread is of no interest to you, or you find it redundant, then simply exit the thread, and go about your business. Thank you.

He does look good. Hope he does well wherever. It sounds like he's got a big chip on his shoulder

What are his measurables? The kid looks dynamic, but there's a bunch more to it. I trust Saban.

I mean, the WR room he was in was one of the best, if not the best, of all time. I don't think any mistakes were made.

He's 5'11 160, so not that big.

I posted his video in the megathread a few weeks ago.

I agree. He looks very talented. It's mostly against backups, but I'm pretty sure I saw Battle and Branch in there.

I hope he does well for Prime Time.

Lanier won the American Team Offensive MVP at the 2022 Tropical Bowl All-Star Game on Saturday

quote:

One of the fastest guys in Orlando this week, that speed finally burst through and was the momentum swing that pushed the American Team over the top. Lanier scored on a 75-yard pass play for a touchdown in the third quarter, on which most of the yards came from him dusting the secondary. When speaking with Lanier about the play that won him MVP, he said, “When we get into our three-by-one look on offense, I feel untouchable. They played man over our bunch set, and I was just too fast.”

He probably thought you said he was the best in the WR room, I read it that way when moving quickly.
