According to his lawyer he wasn’t charged yet. The cops arrested him (turned himself in) but the DA’s office wants to gather more evidence and determine whether they want to charge him or not.

Could be they want to put together a more solid case because they assume he’ll have a good legal team

Or he didn’t do a lot or any of what he’s been accused of

Or I don’t know. We’ll see

I don't know if any of it's true. If it is true, he needs to suffer the consequences. If this woman is lying (which sometimes happens), the law needs to come down her like a ton of bricks.

Reuben Foster pretty much had his NFL career destroyed by a woman who accused him of domestic abuse and even though she recanted her story, his career is/was over. I'd hate to see Josh suffer the same fate.
