Yeah you did.

We won't know more until tomorrow. His x-ray was clear but I have a feeling a MRI is gonna show ligament damage.

You're talking specifically about the offensive line I'd imagine.

Nah, because being a former OL dirtiness on the OL is subjective, though I will say the Allen play was BS. I know the cliche is the Refs flag the retaliation but not when they are watching the entire damn altercation happen. He blows the whistle, Allen gets taken down in front of him he flags Allen when he pushes the guy off of him.

Just some stuff that stood out to me (and as a current coach I let most non blatant stuff slide)

One of the fumbles the Kentucky D was tackling either Yeldon or Drake by basically wrapping up his head while the other guy stripped it.

Lots of late hits on McCarron in the run game and in the pass game.

Lots of piling on by the D especially in the 2nd half.

Appears they got a warning in the 2nd quarter after Lindsay told the ref something, it appeared to be the Kentucky NG was calling out the snap count like VT did in the first game.

It seemed like there was a lot of activity by their guys both away from a play and also after the play was blown dead by the official. I noticed some pretty blatant stuff by several olinemen.

It was disappointing to see from my end. I'm grew up in Kentucky the first half of my life and my father even went to UK's law school. I used to go to Rupp and Commonwealth all the time for games. I was a UK fan long before I was ever a Bama fan. I hate seeing any of our players do that.

Cheap shots and dirty play are high on list of things I can't stand seeing. It's completely unacceptable and should never be taught or encouraged. As much of it as I saw, I really wondered if there wasn't some encouraging going on. I could be wrong but I've always had the impression that it's usually an underling (a GA or some low level assistant) doing the encouraging, but still Stoops needs to squash that bullshite fast.

Saban seems to really emphasize playing with class and respect and doing things the right way. You very rarely see it but when you do, Saban always yells at the player and publicly shames them and then he virtually always makes a comment during the press conference about "that's not the way we do things here and that is not what we teach."

I haven't seen UK's games up to this point this year so I have no idea if it was just a one time thing because they were playing us or if they were just getting frustrated and started playing dirty.

Funny story....
As sort of an aside, the first college football game I ever went to was UK vs. Auburn. I'll never forget it. UK's team was out on the field warming up and Auburn had not come out on the field yet. I was young and full of hope for my Wildcats to pull out a victory. Then Auburn's team ran out onto the field. My eyes widened and my jaw hit the floor. I could not believe how much bigger they were than UK's team. I think that was the first time I ever used the Lord's name in vain. I whispered it so my dad wouldn't hear me. I turned to my dad and said, "They're giants, dad. They're going to kill us." My dad, being originally from Alabama already knew this and knew the outcome. He turned to me and said, "I know, son. I know." I think the final was like 50 something to 0. It was heart breaking to watch. He could have warned me.

There has always been some question as to how I became an Alabama fan. It certainly seems plausible that my hatred for Auburn came way before I ever even cheered for Alabama. When we first moved back to Alabama, kids at school always asked me, "Alabama or Auburn?" I didn't really understand the question I don't guess. I certainly didn't understand the implications of my answer. So I answered honestly and the only way I could at that moment, "I hate Auburn." And with that my Alabama fandom, unbeknownst to me, had begun.

Cool stories bro, any story that ends with someone hating Auburn is a good story.

But yeah its something disgustingly weird I saw to day in at least 10 different games. The amount of teams out there not playing any D/playing to their D ie Clemson and the teams playing dirty football.
