I’m thinking of the very end of the game when rb scored and we were trying to strip the ball. In that case they were on like the 5.

Like many of you I have been a Bama Fan for life. No one on this board is more disappointed than I am after losing Saturday. I'm not one for bashing our players or coaches in a hard fought 5 point loss to a team we have beaten 8 times in a row. We made a ton of mistakes, many unforced and we still had a chance. It would have been easy to fold up the tent after that dismal first half but my team didn't and neither did I.I don't know if we make it to the playoffs or not, but I still feel good about our program. I've been a fan since I was old enough to say football. The 1969 season is the first one I remember led by the legend Coach Bryant. Not exactly a season to pledge to be a fan. It was a 6-5 season followed by a 6-5-1 season the following year. I have been a fan of the University of Alabama ever since, through the good and bad years. We are not going to win every game. But out success the last 12 years is unparalleled. Every game we have played beginning with the 2011 season has had National Championship implications. We have won our share of those games and we will win many more. Roll Tide!

Late 70s for me , but well said. It is very disappointing to lose a big game like Saturday’s but the success of the Saban Era has many spoiled unfortunately . Bama has stood the test of time and our program is in great shape moving forward . We will be fine .
