I think Milroe and the whole team screwed away this opportunity.

First. I never liked the whole bit about Milroe "winning the team". You would never have heard that type of nonsense around this program 10 years ago.

Also, I did not like his attack on Bob.

Bob, in private, suggested to the guy that he might have a better shot at the NFL in another position.

So, let's say Bob was wrong. Why make it public?
Particularly since the job was not done and Milroe still has plenty to learn.

The whole week just seemed like a victory lap... with the Bob revelation and the LANK bullshite.

It was Milroe. Milroe, Milroe all week. And LANK.

Just totally un Alabama. All the talk and bullshite.

And sadly, I blame Saban, because 60 year old Saban would have told those guys to shut up and focus.

Maybe he's just confused as to how to deal with NIL and the transfer portal. But this team was distracted and feeling themselves.

And that was clear tonight.

Couldn’t agree more. LANK, busting a coach out openly, ALL THE TALK. Team was not focused. Didn’t hear shite from Michigan and they ran our asses in the ground. Had a hat on a hat on ever block.

Jake Coker won the team in 2015.

Hate to break it to you but football has changed and it’s not going back to the good old days.

I'm not defending Bob, but I am saying Milroe is acting like he has arrived.

Do you think he has?

There's absolutely nothing wrong what Milroe has said or presented himself. How people get annoyed about any of that is strange. Does he have major issues as a player? Yes. But what's the point of the rest of it?

If you’ve paid any attention this season, that is what everyone is playing now. It’s endemic now.

Milroe has proven themself and is no doubt the guy.

But Also Milroe has gotta get better at reading stuff pre Snap. A lot of the sacks were on him for not fixing the protection. Michigan had his mind all fricked up.

Milroe has a looong way to go as a legitimate QB. Do some of y’all still actually think there are NFL GMs salivating to get him on their roster? Please. He has a lot of work to do in the off season to improve. Can he do it?

There was a third down play in the first half, where it looked like Milroe could dive head first for close to a first down. Instead, Milroe slid three yrds short of the marker to avoid contact.

This is my biggest concern with him, can he learn the toughness of a Jake Coker (I’m getting that first down no matter what).

Milroe can learn to pass, read defenses, but if he doesn’t have the win at all costs mentality there will be no championship.

No he hasn’t. Our end of year offensive statistics aren’t flattering.

There should be open competition and whoever is better (not most senior or popular) should be the qb

A post as long as the OP pointing the blame for tonight without even mentioning the OL and especially Seth is mind numbing stupidity.

What I'm saying is that if you're laying the blame for tonight on Milroe over the OL and Seth, you've got the football IQ of a turd.

Yeah, it's not 100% on 4 but. I think he gets tunnel vision...Bryce could react and make a play. It processed quicker Knew the whole field so when a free rusher came, the ball was to a valve or in the stands but to be positive Bama is in OT with second #1 in the CFP semis with a guy that can't snap, a QB that rolls out and stares at the receiver he is wanting to get killed ...because they may not do everything right but they do it right or wrong 100% hear and effort It's a very talented bunch but there is a ceiling currently
