At some point before he leaves here

He's a beast and he'll learn the offense and hopefully get the accuracy issues figured out

But this year, do we have a QB problem?

I kind of think we possibly do.

If we get behind and we're playing a team that can at least contain our running game, we're kind of fricked. He's just very inaccurate.

Maybe no one can contain our running game

He needs to learn to be a consistent thrower before any of that.

Don't put the cart before the horse.

Hurts as a runner is a huge asset, but right now Hurts as a passer is a liability. Then again, we won the SEC with prolific passers such as Greg McElroy, Blake Sims, and Jake Coker, and we managed to win a title with two of those three, so anything is possible.

Maybe Hurts will have his breakout passing game against LSU or Auburn?
