I Believe DECAL

My uncle Norman created this years ago.
Can you guess what his last name was?

I looked it up and found his last name, but I can't find much else about him besides that he made that decal.

He's been passed away for some time now. He was a talented artist. He and his two brothers were huge Bama fans.
He also had a decal that showed a tiger creating a dam with footballs trying to block the rising tide, with "Dam The Tide" at the bottom.
As a kid I used to help put the decals in wax paper bags to be shipped to purchasers .
In grade school I had a teacher that made me trim off the "Dam The Tide" at the bottom of the auburn decal, and told me not to bring another "I believe" decal to school again.
She was based. A good woman.

Tried to find a copy of the "dam the tide" decal. and the picture AI generated was not correct.
I responded - that is not my uncles original drawing

Not to my knowledge, but that's a fair question.
I don't know much about Brent. If he has older relatives(great GF) from Parrish AL it could be possible.
