We really need those guys to be in top form.

Bo was finally showing the elite talent many of us thought he had and Shaun Dion had become a solid LB.

Any updates?

Bo could have played in the A Day game, he will be ready to go for fall practice.

Hamilton was making good progress, much faster than I though he would. He should be ready for the FSU game.

I worry about Hamilton coming back a step slower. Hightower didn't return to form until the second year after surgery. He was still a beast but he lacked a step or two.

Hightower had a triad knee injury. Basically he tore everything in his knee. SDH only tore his ACL which is much quicker recovery time. Plus rehab advancements the last few years have really come a long way. That said, you do worry that he will be a step slower only 9 months after the injury. Wilson and Moses will need to be ready to play ball, especially if it takes SDH a few games to get back in the swing of things. As far as Bo, dude is amazing when he's healthy but he appears to be made of glass. Good thing we have a solid rotation this year. We need to pace Bo and manage his carries because he isn't built to be a workhorse:

I don't understand this line of thinking. Bo could get hurt on the first snap of the season, or the last. We need to take full advantage of him if he's healthy, and if he needs 30 carries for us to win, I have no doubt he could do it. It's not a conditioning issue. He IS built to be a workhorse, but his knee can give out at any moment if he's tackled the wrong way, which is why he shouldn't be out there in garbage time

Ride Bo till he breaks. Because he's gonna break. He's done it every year of his career even in high school. Some worse than others. He looks and runs like King Henry but he's about as reliable as a used Yugo. I hate it but the guy is fragile. And we have the depth to take the hit. We don't have anyone just like him, but next man up and get those other 5 studs some carries.
