Other than the normal names, I think T.J. Otzelberger is a strong possibility.
I don’t see them going the Nate route, they think they are too good for him.

The media keeps mentioning Nate’s baggage as a big negative. My own opinion is Nate has had some situations that may have cast a negative spotlight on the program but with the exception of the shooting a few years back, I think he has handled those situations as well as can be expected. He didn’t create the situations, with another exception for the Bediako stuff, where I think he has a very valid point. It’s just stuff that is going to happen when enough young adults are involved. You’re going to get a bad apple or two, it’s just part of the deal.

It's even tough pull for TJ. I think they end up with Vandy coach.

The guy has an impressive resume but he’s done it in the Midwest. Moving to the East Coast basketball hotbed of North Carolina may be a bad geographic fit. That would be my only concern.

What's funny is before isu, he had a mid record at south dakota. He's from the Fred Hoiberg coaching tree.

Man from Ga Southern to James Madison to Vanderbilt to UNC in a little over 6 years is a pretty meteoric rise. Is he ready for that big of a stage?
I think Golden is a possible candidate.
