You guys had this punter maybe 2-3 years ago that was simply awesome. Was his last name Scott? Think he was from Colorado? I thought he was going to be a senior this past season, but guess his eligibility was up before? Is he punting in the NFL?

I don't know much about the remainder of the special teams, but when this kid was on campus, he was VERY bright

He would have started this year left footed. Or if he lost his leg in a freak accident, he probably could have started with just a nub.
We could have held tryouts before the season and came away with a better punter and placekicker.

That was not the purpose of my original question. I just recall the young man booming punts or nailing punts deep and wondered what had become of him. Guess I lost a year somewhere as I thought 2018 would have been his senior season.

We should of held tryouts midseason. I guarantee one of our soccer players would of done a better job
