100% agree. It was awful and he should’ve been shuffled out as soon as the confetti stopped falling.
It’s long past time for Eli to be replaced.

I like Eli. However, I will say that his call of the game winner in the 2018 National Championship Game was sub-par and very scripted. There was little excitement to be found in that call. Sean McDonough's ESPN Radio call was much more pulse-quickening than Eli's was. Heck...Chris Fowler's was better too.
