Enters Transfer portal...this sucks, period. Best of luck to him and Tommy Brown, losing Sanders is a huge loss. Edited, was thinking of Tommy Brockermeyer.

Huge? What has Tommy Brown done that would make you think his loss would even matter.

Sanders lost his job and gave up on the process.

Just because a player enters the portal doesn’t mean he’s not coming back. Can we at least let him pick a new team before we shite on him?
Now you can shite on JB all you want. That dude gives no effort.

If Tommy Brown is considered a huge loss then people better brace themselves because the annual transfer period after the season ends is gonna be brutal.

Kind of surprised you decided to grace a board full of pussies with your presence again.

Hahaha. Hey I’m happy to take my lumps. I went pretty hard in the paint.

You literally said anybody who didn't agree Alabama would kick the shite out of Georgia was a pussy.

Maybe next time don't be such a raging dumbass.

I don't think I would call them "huge" losses. It sucks to lose their talent, but they weren't likely to get a ton of playing time next season barring injuries to other guys. Dallas Turner looks to be an elite outside linebacker, so he and Anderson will be the clear starters next season at those positions. Thus, Sanders was going to have to try to shift inside or have injuries occur to one of the other guys to get much playing time. We also have a wealth of talent coming up on the offensive line, and it looked like Brown was getting passed by other young guys.

It’s good to be confident, but arrogance gets you nowhere.
Humbleness. It makes friends out of enemies.

Sports is so unpredictable sometimes. Just ask the Colts after last week.

You jinxed us and should self ban. You're one step below the guy who basically dared Pio to pick us against UCLA in the NCAA tournament last season (Pio picked us and we lost).

I think he learned his lesson.
Don’t be so hard on him; he probably truly believed Bama was going to dominate.

Next time though ….

I was hoping he stayed for added depth and possible move to Inside. We will need help there if Henry and Harris are both gone.

Can't blame the guy for wanting to get on the field. Probably see him going to Texas or Oklahoma.

It’s a bummer to lose Sanders because he played well, but the only reason we’re losing him is because Turner played exceptionally well in the final 4-5 games. We also just don’t do a good job of cycling in defenders.

For people badmouthing guys who enter the portal, do you also badmouth coaches who take guys out of the portal?

Sanders should pull out of the portal. He will play a lot next year. Then there are always injuries . We are Alabama after all.
He will be the starter his Senior year and possibly a first rounder.

More than that. He had at least one sack in every game since LSU. He's not the elite run defender Anderson is, but he's already there as a pass rusher. It wouldn't surprise me in the least to see them combine for 30+ sacks next year.

Sanders did not give up the process, he was pushed aside by the homey pressure. If you don't know about it then I'm not going to explain it.

Just the contrary as it relates to me, I didn't badmouth either guy. It's disappointing and I hope the best for each.
