The helmet to helmet tackle and that BS call that should have been offsides

It's always the timing of the calls.

Even on that "roughing the passer" call against Turner, there was holding.

If you count the holding call at the end of the first half, which somehow was declined, both teams would have had the same penalty yardage.
And this includes their center's epileptic fits for several snap infractions.

This always cracks me up- like the refs can see into the future and know how something will play out. Notice they don’t ever call attention to the times that Bama didn’t take advantage of the penalties.

The head official lives in Louisiana, his last name ends with an X, but he has visited Birmingham once so obviously he hates LSU and the everything it represents. That ref was a REC legacy and loves Bama heart and soul. He made sure the Tigers had no chance!

There is holding on every play by both teams. Some are just more obvious than others
