so much for entering next year with depth on the D side. Our starters will be aight but our backups will be fairly new.

I dont have any expectation for def next year and I feel like this turnover with coaching and def leaving early is what is going to kill us.

We've had players leaving early every year, it's a cyclical thing and the defense will get to a position where they have quality depth again soon. I guarantee you once some of the juniors haven't won or significantly contributed to a championship - there will be some harder decisions made.

This is just more proof we didn't have good leaders this year.. We don't have those players coming back to get revenge or not leave on a defeat. Damion Harris was one of the only leaders we had. We had a lot of ME guys

Are you saying that a Bama Safety, a Safety that will be one of the first drafted at his position if not the first, declaring for the draft is a sign that thing are wrong in Tuscaloosa? Are you seriously say that?

I don't think he is a first rounder due to the last part of the season.. but we will see. Explain Smith..and the others.. We don't have that Damion this year.. This wasn't directed at him as much as the Juniors as a whole

Looks at how much talent left the def and went to the NFL last year. Now look at this year with our best talent being the underclassmen really hurts. People talk about plugging in another 5 star, but it just doesnt work that way. Having talent but lacking experience is what will get us in trouble.
