I wouldn't be shocked if true. The way the final days of his recruitment went down was very dramatic and there were reports that CNS was none too happy. That said, I hope we wouldn't take it out on the player even if we do feel he and/or Pruitt did us wrong

How would he have found out? I don't think we found out about Phatlock until well into that whole affair. And that was for a major investigation.

I would. Why would CNS go to such petty and dangerous tactics over a some 4 star recruit?

I can only speculate. It's generally considered bad form for a coach to take a commitment with him if he takes a job at another school. Maybe CNS felt Pruitt stepped out of line by taking Walker with him and that act warranted a little retribution. I'm hoping it wasn't us because it would be a petty thing to do, but CNS does have a mean streak at times.

I like it.
Let those clowns believe what they wish.
I want Pruitt to fail miserably and be back to cutting grass on a high school practice field in short order.

Anybody remember Alfy Hill? Sounds like DeMarcus is having the same problem.

And with this article and the other one with Pruitt, sounds like FSU is going all out dirty to give Alabama a bad reputation for the recruits.

Yep, but some of you want to get mad at some of us for being upset with Pruitt.

He wasn't referring to you, but there were some posters in the other thread sorta tripping out about how we (Bama fans) turn on people after they leave.

Dang wrong board lol. Im not turning on anyone though. I never said anything bad about him until this stuff started happening. People can play dumb and act like he isnt talking about Bama but we know better than that. His disloyalty will hurt him in the future though.

I don't think its a question of loyalty. You have to be loyal to the guy signing your paycheck. What's going to hurt his career, if he fails as a DC, is the extreme lack of professionalism he has exhibited over the last 3-4 months.

Yea he should be loyal to the person who gave him his start. He could be still coaching high school football. No matter what happened here at Bama it shouldve be exposed to the media.
