you’re right, our lb’s are playing too tentative. The only time this D has looked good is the 1st half of Ga when we were attacking. Our linebackers were aggressively hitting the gaps and we were in tight db coverage. Since then, we’ve played soft coverage and our linebackers are playing on their heels…and still we give up 4th down td’s.

Fundamentals aren’t being taught well enough. Early in the season, you could see the high tackling and just athletic ability winning out. This is a poorly coached team on both sides of the ball
