Wasn’t that the game they opened with a pick 6?

Yep.

Go back and watch the play. If Tua threw an accurate pass that is a TD.

Again, Tua is amazing however his shortcomings have always been in his head. First his ability to grasp and understand... and then the fragility.

People hate when you say the truth about some people here so this won't be accepted now.. then in a couple of years everyone here will act like they always agreed.

Like with most things

Agree. Love Tua, but if we are ranking our recent college QBs, I’d take Mac and Bryce over Tua I think.

Height, weight and arm strength will drop Bryce. I think another year in school with a more inventive OC would help Bryce.

How would a different OC help his height, weight, and arm strength?

I disagree. His perceived lack of arm strength is due to his shoulder injury. I believe it was significantly worse than anyone let on.

To be fair you did say he was felatting the guy.

I wish I could say I was mature enough to not find most of this hilarious, especially considering it was Christmas.

Anyway can we all agree that if Dippre picks Bama that Locksley gets 100% of the praise or blame if he is good or bad? I looked at Locksley background and he has had more experience as a QB and RB coach and probably more experience as a defensive coach than WR or TE coach. I am willing to let that go just to be able to talk shite one way or another whenever Dippre does something

ETA: I need to remember to make my Locksley made you avatar when I get back home .

ETAA: Dippre is announcing at 10 AM EST tomorrow.

100% the case and in line with today's new era of accountability, especially if the latter comes to be.

Idk why everyone gets so worked up over a TE. Bama never uses them effectively. If this TE is anywhere close to Forristall I’ll be satisfied. Forristall was solid

Is that for Dippre or something else?

My comments were just discussing Locks as a coach at Alabama and how people seem to not like him for whatever reason.

That TE has a position coach who helped develop him. Credit should go to that guy not Locks lol.

No doubt, I know what you were saying. There were a number of Dippre adjacent opinions and convos running all at once which is why I said people love sliding in those topics they love to circle back to.

With all the nonsense going on I just think it would be funny to randomly make Dippre's performance a referendum on Locks coaching and development for no legit reason.

Great. He'll be a good additional to the group.

Everything is one extreme viewpoint or another with some of you. The truth can never be anything in between. It has to be something to one extreme.

A bunch of Siths in here.

Explain how my viewpoint is an extreme? If anything it's balanced.

Tua is highly talented.. but struggles with the mental aspects.

Locksley is a good coach.. but he wasn't the best OC we've had and he didn't develop that Maryland TE (his position coach did).

Pretty balanced look at things.

An unbalanced look is the hate Locks gets.

I'm not going to go back and look through all of those posts. I'm not even sure I'm directing it at specifically you. Your post was just the last one I read in a long line of "hot take" posts, so I found a post to click on and respond.
