When DeBoer was hired some said he was a good coach but wasn't a good recruiter. That hasn't aged well.

I’m fine if they just grab portal guys and supplement with HS prospects up front.
If it’s going to cost near QB money to pull top guys I’d rather have proven plug and play talent than HS kids who need time to develop and might not pan out anyways.
