We seem to have LBs coming out our ears. I hate to lose the kid but honestly, it’s not critical.

Not really. We have a few solid prospects. Duke Johnson has some question marks and has a size issue. Metz & Sanders are solid three stars but not elite prospects

I’d rather just play Ryan in the slot. Law is going to get snaps for his blocking and I love Hale.

Ryan Williams is such a playmaker that you move him around to create opportunities by confounding defenses against him. However, much like Amari Cooper, he is really a flanker type especially because his 1 on 1 ball skills are exceptional and the outside is the best way to get him those matchups.

Assuming RW and Bernard stay healthy, I really think a legit threat at slot is all this team needs next year and Aaron Anderson could be that guy in my opinion but really just pulling from names I know and maybe reading too much into AA making a point to come hug Milroe during his postgame interview.

KLaw's problem is it feels like his best impact is as the jet sweep guy not receiver. Alabama needs a 3rd receiver who can catch and run from the slot.

I hope not (on Merritt). There are those close to the program that are very high on him and feel like that would be a significant loss.

We're just freeing up space (and money) for Dakorien Moore...right??

Also, this drops the class to #2 in the country, but still a higher average than new #1 (anOSU).

That stinks but in the new transfer portal/NIL world Deboer can hopefully go find a proven wide receiver for next year.

Yeah not worried at all. We can literally buy seasoned WRs in February

Still not signing day, but if it's done it's done.

Or take the money saved by the flip and apply to what it will take to retain Williams for 2025.

Not sour grapes at all but like I said , I have seen him live 3 times and was not really impressed with him .. would love to have him if the staff wants him( apparently they do) but

Maybe he is limited by his QB, but in 3 games all I have seen him do is run 5-8 yd hitches, turn and run to sideline and out of bounds . Nothing like you see with Dakorian Moore or our commit Brooks . I have no doubt Kiffin will have him schemed up and he will probably be great but I just didn’t see big plays like you would expect from a 5 star against 3A completion . He is a big bodied receiver but seemed more of a possession type when I have seen him. Had 4 star Tyler Lockhart ( flipped from AUB to MSU) last week or so and wasn’t too impressed with him either

ETA - I kinda saw this coming but figured MSU to be more of a threat but Kiffin has OM rolling right now . Just something about the kids here in MS , it’s tough to get them out of state

Unofficial visit on 9/28 for the UGA game, per 247.

I mean it's obvious he was shopping the biggest payday and Kiffin pays out.

It's ironic that Kiffin was complaining about Ryan Day because after OSU, Texas and Miami... Ole Miss was signing big checks to get their guys this season

There is no way this can be real.
