Dean won the 6A title last night over Oak Grove. He played lights out.. kid is a monster. He will have to work on his ability to read the play, misdirection really throws him off, but that first step is amazing. Had a good conversation with his mother, the kid is raised right. Sorry No talk about recruiting. Didn’t want to rub off as an arse to her. I was a guest on the sidelines by the coaches. Wouldn’t have been right to ask about recruiting.

But LSU will flip Christian Williams if that happens.
If Williams isn't smart enough to know we need more than one corner on the field at all times, then I don't want him.
Also, what does that say about his mentality?

Boz says Jordan Davis DID NOT sign a LOI last year.

Smart move by Saban and the staff.
He gets demonized for protecting the team's interest but had he not in this scenario, we'd be the ones screwed and nobody would be crying for us.

Ya, Gattis is gonna be something special.
His attitude is all Bama process.
Easy to see why big recruits love him.
GOTTA KEEP EM!!

Guys, I wasn't going to share this, but emotions are high. (Sorry Surge this isn't recruiting related )
Friday, November 16, my mom's neighbor, who tried to help raise me. (It's amazing what good people will do when they see a kid that needs help). Anyways, he asked me to come over and watch the Thompson-Hoover game. Well, I went over and watched and was giving updates in one of the threads. Well, if anyone noticed, I stopped around halftime. My neighbor was coming back from the restroom and apparently had a massive heart attack.
I was watching and he just dropped. I gave him CPR for around 10 minutes until the paramedics got there. It's the second time I em had to give CPR, the first time was my grandfather when I was 15 (CPR has changed a lot since then, I was getting coached by 911). Anyways, my grandfather lived through it but my neighbor was declared dead at around 11.
This has been a horrible few weeks for me, but my neighbor was a huge Bama fan, so this means so much. Roll Tide to my friend, I know he was watching. Sorry for the long post.

I'm so sorry about your dear friend's passing.
God bless you and everyone who's mourning.
Sidenote: All I did was recommend that we use some judgement when posting something off topic in here. If it's likely to trigger several pages of discussion or debate, imo it makes sense to start a thread instead. That's all.

Damn Cobra, I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know if anyone else was in the house but I'm glad you were there. I always hate to hear when people pass alone. Roll Tide to your friend.

Thank you all. His wife was there, but she was too emotional/in shock to do anything. It was a mess. I had to call 911 while I was working on him because she was lost.
