Tidal, anything good in the Kenny McIntosh article on BOL about him visiting Alabama or is it about what you would expect. (Bama's Bama, exploring all my options, just a blessing to receive an offer, etc.)

It just says he's going to take an OV for the Iron Bowl. No interview or quotes.

He coaches a 7-on-7 team. The one Paul Tyson played on to be exact.

TSurge how did Pickering's visit go? There was a story on BOL about it. Or news from other sources?

Nathan Pickering: “I’m going to take all my visits. From where I’m from this isn’t something that just always happens. I’m going to go out and experience it and have fun with it." He said Bama is #2 and is recruiting him "harder" and "better" now. "Their chances ain’t high (to flip me), but it’s pretty up there.” He'll be at the Ole Miss game on Saturday and said he'll visit Bama again, along with UF and LSU.

Almost time for me to shut my recruitment down.........
7:37 PM · Sep 9, 2018 from Houston, TX

Brian Perroni, GigEm247 -- "For what it’s worth, well plugged-in people in Florida do not expect it to be A&M. Even after the weekend visit. I’m not counting the Aggies out, but I personally don’t see this happening."

ATM poster (SECrb) -- "He told one of the A&M guys 'it was different than I thought' when asked about his visit. his response when asked how, 'it was too country for me, I like the city better'."

Bogle, after Bama visit in June: "Coming from South Florida it’s different. It’s more country than what we’re used to having down here."

Bogle went to the Bama vs Louisville game. The date for his OV to Bama hasn't been set yet. He's taking an OV to Ole Miss this weekend.

ETA: Bogle cancelled his OV to Olé Miss.

He did this going up against a 4* Notre Dame OL commitment. He SHOULD be one of the top candidates for #1 overall recruit in the country. Not sure why he isn't.

It should also be noted that he plays both ways for his team so he doesn't get to rest during ballgames. Hard to rack up those kind of defensive numbers when you never get to sit down.

Wasn't he unable to do much at various camps and events because of NJ high school rules that basically make it impossible for him to participate in anything involving contact? If so that's probably why. Recruiting sites almost always penalize players for skipping out on events like that.
