Natural boob dudes are so passionate and super vocal about it. They are quick to point out a fake chest. "Bro, you ever touch them, they too hard." I'm not mad at cha', everybody has their preferences, but in my mind I'm always thinking fake boobs are better than no boobs.

LINK ]Who's next to commit in Georgia?

Rivals 100 DB Andrew Booth
quote:

We saw not one, not two, not three, but four Rivals 250 prospects in Georgia commit Tuesday night and they were teammates at Loganville (Ga.) Grayson. Kevin Harris committed to Alabama, Wanya Morris committed to Tennessee, Owen Pappoe surprised many by committing to Auburn and Kenyatta Watson II committed to Texas.

Last Friday, four-star athlete Trezman Marshall of Homerville (Ga.) Clinch County committed to Georgia and St. Simon's Island (Ga.) Frederica Academy athlete Jaylin Simpson committed to Auburn on Monday, so some big names have come off the board over the last week.

So... Who's next?

Here are five to keep an eye on.

Andrew Booth goes about his business very quietly. He is not one who puts out information on each visit. Sometimes he likes to take his visits without many knowing where he is and he could literally commit at any time.

Clemson is viewed as the favorite by many, although Booth will not confirm that is the case. We know he is very comfortable with that staff.

But do not sleep on the other Tigers. Auburn has some real momentum right now after picking up three commitments (all from Georgia) over the past week and Booth is giving those Tigers a strong look too.

The in-state Georgia Bulldogs have remained in contention as has South Carolina, Tennessee and maybe a few others.

Booth is one who could commit in the blink of an eye, so he's one to watch closely.

>>> 5* CB Andrew Booth 6-1/188 (GA) hudl

Note: Per Bama3714, Andrew Booth is the #1 CB on UA's board and UA is "making a push" for him.

Booth is ranked #1 CB and #23 overall player per the 247Sports Composite. He has 6 CB picks for Clemson: 2 CU mods, 1 USC mod, 1 FSU mod, Bud Elliot (SB Nation) and Steve Wiltfong (247).

LINK ]LSU recruiting: Latest updates on the Tigers’ class (SEC Country - LSU)

quote:

LSU has laid the foundation for what could be a top-5 recruiting class in 2019. Over the next few months, the coaching staff will attempt to keep some of the nation’s top prospects in state and add championship-level talent to the roster.

The Tigers’ 2019 recruiting class, which is up to nine commitments, could add as many as 26 players before National Signing Day in February.

Each Friday, SEC Country will review the week that was in LSU recruiting. That includes an overview of the current commitments, the top remaining targets and what could be in store next for the Tigers.

John Emery Jr.: Emery has made visits all over the country this spring as he explores his available options. He took in one LSU scrimmage, but also made stops at Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Michigan and Tennessee. LSU remains squarely in the picture for Louisiana’s top running back, who was a regular on campus all of last year. Emery returned to LSU last weekend and is expected to make a summertime decision.

Note: 1st I've heard of him visiting UA.

Christian Harris: Chistian Harris’ recruitment is coming down to another LSU vs. Alabama battle. Interestingly enough, the 4-star athlete has been to both campuses on multiple occasions this spring. LSU likes him on offense; Alabama likes him at linebacker. Harris’ desired position likely will lead him to stay home in Baton Rouge or go out of state.

Devonta Lee: LSU and Alabama are just a few of the teams in the mix for the 4-star receiver, in addition to Texas A&M, Florida State and Ohio State. LSU remains a strong player for Lee, who named the team to his top 12 earlier this spring. Lee is not expected to make a decision until February.

Ishmael Sopsher: The country’s top defensive tackle has been on LSU’s campus multiple times this spring, including elite junior day and the first spring practice. Ishmael Sopsher is beginning to make more visits but has a desire to play close to his family in Amite, La. Expect a National Signing Day commitment in February.

LINK ]LSU recruiting notes from the trail: University Lab (SEC Country - LSU)

Christian Harris says LSU is in contact every day.
quote:

The spring evaluation period is in full swing, meaning SEC Country LSU is hitting the road. Expect daily updates from across Louisiana as we detail the latest on the Tigers’ top prospects in the 2019 and 2020 recruiting classes.

BATON ROUGE, La. — University Lab captured a Division II championship last December with one of the youngest and deepest rosters in the state. Now, those Power 5 prospects are older and deep into their respective recruitments.

LSU target Christian Harris headlines a unique group of two-way athletes on the Cubs’ roster. He is joined by Makiya Tongue and Jordan Clark, the sons of former NFL stars Reggie Tongue and Ryan Clark. The offensive prospects of note also include 3-star tailback Mike Hollins. Defensively, linebacker Bryton Constantin (a Clemson verbal) and fast-rising 2020 defensive lineman Jaquelin Roy highlight the front seven.

Here is the latest on those 2019 and 2020 prospects:

Christian Harris: Harris, Louisiana’s top-ranked athlete, is a projected starter on both sides of the ball for U-High. Offensively, he’ll work as an inside receiver and a sniffer, which for a lack of better terminology, is a wing-back. Harris also will split his time at safety and cornerback on defense. Harris spent most of the practice running crisp routes, moving fluidly and showing off his strong hands. It’s incredible to see a 6-foot-2, 230-pound prospect do all that so smoothly.

Harris has made stops at nearly all of the schools in his top 10. He recently visited Georgia for its spring game, Texas and Texas A&M. While most view his recruitment as an LSU-Alabama battle, the 4-star prospect clarified that it’s a lot more wide-open than that. However, LSU is one of a handful of schools in his lead group pushing the hardest. The Tigers like him on offense, but are willing to let Harris decide his position. Expect Harris to trim his list, again, and take official visits this summer before finalizing his plans.

Mike Hollins: At 5-10 and 208 pounds, it’s hard not to see the glaring similarities between Hollins and another Baton Rouge native, Clyde Edwards-Helaire. Despite a shorter frame, Hollins is one of the tougher runners in the state. He spent much of the offseason in the weight room and possesses a very powerful frame. Combine that with a 4.5-second 40 time, excellent lateral quickness, great vision and the ability to bounce off would-be tacklers and Hollins is in the discussion as a top-20 prospect in 2019 and in that top running back group.

Alabama, Utah, SMU and Virginia are pushing for Hollins at the moment. Both Texas and LSU are showing intense interest. The 3-star tailback is prioritizing academics and fit, and several schools are eyeing him to be a workhorse in their backfield. That includes LSU and running backs coach Tommie Robinson, who is pushing very hard for Hollins at the moment. Hollins will camp in Baton Rouge again this summer, and should an offer roll in, it would certainly make some noise in his recruitment.

LINK ]What Tide is getting in new commit DJ Dale (BamaOnLine)

quote:

Alabama filled another big need on the defensive side of the ball on Wednesday as four-star defensive tackle DJ Dale committed to the Crimson Tide.

The position is a priority for Bama’s 2019 class and Dale was identified as one of the Tide’s top targets early on this year when the staff extended an offer to the Pinson (Ala.) Clay-Chalkville product.

“DJ is a special kid,” Clay-Chalkville head coach Drew Gilmer told BamaOnLine. “He’s a kid that everybody enjoys being around. He’s got a great personality. He’s just a good person. And then the other thing is we know he’s a great athlete, but he’s also dedicated to doing the little things that make him great. I think nowadays that’s hard to find.

"He’s a kid that rolled in here to Clay-Chalkville and has started on the defensive line for us since he was a freshman — really the only one that I can ever remember that’s done that. We joke around about it all the time, we consider him one of the coaches.

"He’s the leader of our team, the leader of our defense, he’s very explosive, very quick off the ball. He can change directions, make plays, he’s a mismatch for almost anyone. He really is what just anchors our whole defense.”

At 6-foot-2, 323-pounds, Dale fits the mold of an Alabama nose tackle. “That’s what Coach (Nick) Saban and them think he can be, that guy that can play inside for them and anchor inside and be a run stopper, but is also quick enough and can change directions enough and can still play all three downs,” Gilmer said.

Dale is rated the No. 15 defensive tackle and the No. 266 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Alabama will continue to recruit interior defensive linemen. The most notable being five-star defensive tackle Ishmael Sopsher who recently visited for A-Day. The nation’s No. 1 defensive tackle plans to release a top five on July 30 and, after not making his original top 12, expect the Tide to be in strong contention alongside LSU to sign the Amite (La.) native.

Another name to watch is Siaki Ika out of Salt Lake City (Utah) East. The four-star defensive tackle made a second trip out to Tuscaloosa this spring for A-Day and named the Tide his favorite after the visit. The 6-foot-3, 360-pounder is rated the No. 11 defensive tackle in the country.

This is the kind of insightful coverage I've come to expect from LSU reporters.

When you parse that sentence down, it basically says "Harris will either play college football in Louisiana or another state."

I'm not sure Ika is a take now that we have Dale on board. If we land Tuitele and Sopsher, and I think we will, I think we'll call it a day at DT.

IMO, we'll take 4 more DL in this class: Tuitele, Sopsher, and then any 2 of Pickering, Young, Alfano, and Handy.
