Kudos to her. Standing up for her right to not shave her legs, just because she's a woman.

Wanted to tell you this morning
It's better as a surprise. I didn't know long, although it wasn't a surprise. Y'all are killing it. Last year was just down at certain positions.

What we talked about will be ready next week at this time. I hope whoever has recruiting passion enjoys it.

Do you guys know where we stand with john emery Jr? I don't there is a such thing as an LSU lock. Other than the LSU commit this is the guy I want at rb.

Neither side appears to be interested.

LINK ]BREAKING: Alabama lands commitment from in-state DT DJ Dale (SEC Country)

DJ Dale is UA's 2nd DL commit in the 2019 class.
quote:

Alabama will need to add at least five defensive linemen in the 2019 class after signing three players across the defensive line in the 2018 class: 4-star prospects Christian Barmore, Tevita Musika and Stephon Wynn. On Wednesday, the Crimson Tide landed their second defensive lineman this cycle.

DJ Dale, a 4-star defensive tackle from Clay-Chalkville High School (Pinson, Ala.), committed to the Crimson Tide over Auburn, Clemson, Florida State and Tennessee. He joins 4-star defensive end Rashad Cheney Jr. as the defensive linemen committed in the 2019 class. Dale was named one of the top 5 defensive linemen in attendance at Nike’s The Opening Atlanta regional camp in March.

The 6-foot-3, 323-pound prospect is one of Alabama’s top nose guard targets in the 2019 class. Alabama signed a Class of 2018 junior college defensive tackle in March in Musika, who has two years of eligibility remaining, but that didn’t affect the team’s plan to sign a true nose guard in the 2019 class. Dale likely will be the team’s only nose guard in the 2019 class.

“I feel comfortable there,” Dale said of Alabama. “I know the coaching staff really well, even the new defensive line coach [Craig Kuligowski]. I talk to him a lot. We have a good relationship. He knows what he’s doing. He breaks everything down to you if you don’t know how to do something.”

Dale becomes the Tide’s seventh commitment in the last three weeks, joining 4-star quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa, 4-star tackles Amari Kight and Tanner Bowles, 4-star inside linebacker Shane Lee, 4-star cornerback Christian Williams, 4-star outside linebacker Kevin Harris and 2020 wide receiver Dazalin Worsham.

The Tide remain in excellent position to sign several other defensive linemen, such as 5-star defensive tackles Ishmael Sopsher and Faatui Tuitele, and 4-star defensive ends Nathan Pickering, Antonio Alfano, Byron Young and Jaren Handy.

Check out the reps from Dale below at The Opening Atlanta regional camp. That’s 5-star LSU commit Kardell Thomas in the first rep and the nation’s No. 2 center, Harry Miller, in the second.

LINK ]Top in-state DL Dale commits to Alabama (BamaOnLine)

quote:

Alabama’s streak of recruiting momentum carried over to Wednesday as four-star defensive tackle DJ Dale committed to the Crimson Tide. Dale chose Alabama over Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, and Tennessee. The Pinson (Ala.) Clay-Chalkville product is the third prospect to join UA’s 2019 class since Sunday and the ninth since the beginning of April.

“Roll Tide,” Dale told 247Sports’ John Garcia Jr. “That’s my new home now. It’s the top program in the country, it’s 45 minutes away from home, my family can have easy access to me, I can go home on the weekends whenever I can, I just got a feeling in my gut that this was the school for me,” Dale said of why the Tide. “I feel like I’ll be in good hands. It’s about family. I feel comfortable there.”

UA offered Dale earlier this year, and since that time has been a popular pick for the 6-foot-2, 323-pounder. “When I went to A-Day I had no plans of committing at A-Day, but after I watched the spring game I was just sitting there eating at the practice field and talking with my parents, I just felt it,” Dale said. “There wasn’t no other school for me.”

Dale first told his primary recruiter, offensive line coach Brent Key. “I talked to Coach Key, and he was excited and jumping around,” Dale said. “I talked to Coach Kool (Craig Kuligowski), and I talked to Coach (Tosh) Lupoi. Then at the end I talked to Coach (Nick) Saban. Everyone was excited. He just wanted to make sure I was all in. He said he was happy to have me a part of the program now.”

While not his primary recruiter, defensive line coach Craig Kuligowksi will certainly play a major role in Dale’s future development. “Coach Kool, he’s a great guy,” Dale said. “We’ve built sort of a bond even though he hasn’t been at Alabama that long. He’s got a good coaching history at Miami and Missouri.”

As for what’s next recruiting-wise, nothing is on the horizon for Dale beyond Tuscaloosa. “For right now I don’t have any visits planned,” he said. “If I’ll be anywhere, I’ll be at Alabama.” Dale hopes to help in the Tide’s recruiting efforts going forward. He identified four-star linebacker Vonta Bentley as one of his primary targets.

Dale is rated the No. 15 defensive tackle and the No. 266 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite rankings. The in-state defensive lineman’s commitment — Alabama’s 12th overall — strengthens the Tide’s hold on the No. 1 class in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite Team Recruiting Rankings.

I always want the best possible players but I am loving the fact this class is heavy on blue chips from the gump. It helps to drain that swamp in west georgia. They can't recruit on a national level like we can.

Who is left in state that might commit to Bama besides Webb and the kicker from Hoover?
