Maybe Tosh told him he still needs to go to Bama . Hope he and Saban departed on good terms.

Steve Wiltfong put in a Foggy CB for Brett Seither.

Told him to wait for NSD?

No idea.
Seither is an elite athlete playing TE. Hell, he played Safety at 6'5" 230 pounds.
Do we have room for him is the question. We need ILB and DL.

I think we are set at DL as long as we get one of Young or Sopsher. I think I'd rather split the intake between this year and next year than do a huge DL class this year and have them all on the same time table.

Seither needs to be in this class
Posted on 1/29/19 at 1:54 am to Tide or Die87
Him, young , HT would be a fitting finish to the class . Didn’t think TE was that big of a need at first but it is kinda thin in the pass catching Variety since Irv left

247 Nat'l-West mod Brandon Huffman changed his CB for Henry To'oto'o back from UT to Bama. Sources close to HT say it's pretty much over, a done deal. He said he's kicking himself for ever changing his pick to UT.
This is the best sports news we've had this year

If the son of a gun can kick or punt we need to deploy the bagmen at once

Rodney was feeling bad vibes on Sopsher before his visit, but there seems to be more confidence now. Will probably come down to the wire.
Said that we apparently made a huge impression on Seither. Rodney is VERY high on him, by the way, for what that's worth.
The vibes on To'oto'o are pretty much the same as has been posted on here. VERY positive after his visit.
That's about all I've heard. Not heard much from the other guys since the weekend.

For what it's worth, someone on Bama's staff maintains that UW is the main threat for To'oto'o, and not utk.

I will commit to helping with the articles. I have been paying close attention to the posting of Surge and Saint.. and can testify that I will not be able to keep up with the pace set. I, too, have a full time job and other responsibilities; but with all of the appreciation I feel we all owe these guys for their contributions, I will give all I can to maintain the thread.
Count me in as a contributor (eventho, I have a very low post count) If this works for you guys, cool...if someone else would rather be the 100%er, I can revert to being a reader.

So who is taking the reigns for the 2020 MEGATHREAD?
Even though Surge has relieved me of a lot of the trivial tasks of running the thread I can't do it anymore.
I'm going back to school to get my Master's degree and I still have to work. It also looks like I'll be moving within a year after the initial reports of me staying put have proven to be inaccurate so I've got a lot of shite on my mind for the next year.
I've enjoyed doing this for the past 6 years, but my time as the gatekeeper has come to an end.
THANK YOU So so much for your 6+ years of non-stop dedication to this thread

Surge took the reigns this year, a passing of the torch. Thank you for all the previous years of work that you put in. I know that I, and many other fans appreciate it.
And shout out to Surge for doing a great job this year.

Thank you Saint for all your hard work and dedication on here, keeping us informed of Bama recruiting. Also for you many battles with these other idiotic fan bases.

Im interested in how the numbers will work out. Currently sitting at 27 commits, 24 of which are signed.
Bogle
Robinson
Young
are left with Williams impending flip to LSU from all reports.
Still in the hunt for Sopsher, Seither and To'tot'o
Can we really take 30 kids in this class?

I haven’t been around as long as some of the others, but I have enjoyed all of the information that has been posted. I can only imagine how much time it took to gather all of this information. Good luck with your Masters and all of your future endeavors.

You Da Man TSaint! Thanks for all the work and info over the years! Good luck with the Master's, work, family and move...lots to juggle! You'll be fine...a little stress keeps the blood flowing.
