Spoke with Nakobe. He said Bama is coming in-home tonight. He said they planned on coming earlier today. There is some talk about Ole Miss spending the whole day/night with Dean. Which caused some to think he may not have the visit with Alabama. Dean debunked that and said the visit with Alabama this evening is on
There is a lot of conflicting info out there regarding Dean. It's a little wild.
There are some family members who prefer to see him at Alabama. I believe there are some who want him at Georgia
I've heard Alabama is in the lead to Alabama is running fourth all in about 12 hours
I've said for a little while I think Alabama will get him. I strongly believe they have a good chance, but it's not a final prediction.
Nobody really knows what Dean is going to do just yet. I know some on Alabama’s side feel good because of the immediate need. Another big factor is Alabama's engineering department. Dean Karr has led the charge here and he is, as far as my knowledge, the only academic person who Nakobe has been in regular communication for several months
I definitely believe this is coming down to the wire. I've always thought it was an Alabama/UGA battle. I definitely heard some positive things after his Iron Bowl visit. Kirby Smart had an in-home with Dean on Monday night. This is Saban's final chance to close Dean. Can he do it? I definitely wouldn't bet against Saban, but this one is very close.

I felt is was 55/45 us before Monday, and I’d probably switch those odds now. I hope I’m wrong, but there’s just so much more confidence with Dean from Bama’s side right now than there is from a lot of our guys.
Some are still confident, but a lot of people in the know aren’t nearly as confident as they were a week or so ago.

So he feels like Alabama will sign him but nobody really knows what he’s going to do. Sounds like most “insiders” predictions.

I have said it many times that we will miss on far more then we will ever get. That result has netted us a NC every 2 years. I guess if we get them all some might say we finish with 1 every year.

Being a recruiting analyst is basically like a mix of being a politician and a meteorologist. Use a bunch of words to say basically nothing, with no accountability for being wrong more often than not. Sign me up!!
