Otherwise, we would just give championship to the number 1 class and call it a day.

Hate that for him. He's hell of a player. Nowhere near as good as his cousin, mind you, but very, very good.

When he injured it and was emotional on the sidelines, it broke my heart. You just knew that it was really bad news

Ok so I made a general statement and yes just because you get a top class means that you win it all, we all understand that but that dosent mean I'm 15. Loosing recruiting battles happens every year but to see Kirby stockpile talent while we still win and after how he left us, frick him

Yea, because Kirby is "stockpiling talent" and Saban is just getting the leftovers.

Maybe you should make the switch to being a UGA fan.

If Dean goes to UGA I think we're still sitting pretty at ILB with Kaho, Christian Harris, Shane Lee and possibly Henry To'oto'o.

If Dean comes or goes, To'oto'o is still a take, right?

I really want Dean but I believe To'oto'o will ultimately be the better linebacker. Take that with a grain of salt since I also though Ben Davis would be much better than Mack

Bone: (who by the way was way ahead of all the insiders about Webb)

Webb is 6ft 2.5 inches and 280 pounds.

He would have to get bigger to play guard in SEC too small now.

Offered as C at Bama

Uga told him he could play anywhere he wants. Webb hates playing C not gonna do it.

He's a dang center and he's just dumb if he ignores the fact that it's his best chance to get to the next level. My goodness, I just don't understand

It could be hard for him to find one of those 1980 NC T-shirts

Center is the one normally resonsible for calling protections/correcting mistakes unless the QB is experienced. He may just not want to be in that kind of leadership role. If so more power to him trying to be stout enough as a 280 guard to get real play time.

In other words, we told him that his best position is Center, and if he wants to make it to the NFL it was as a center. Georgia told him yeah, okay whatever position you want...until we make you play center.

Wish him the best.

Georgia may let him play Guard, but if he wants to make it to the NFL he has to move to center.

I’ve heard the engineering dean give his spiel on several occasions, the last on an academic recruiting reception my daughter was invited to. That guy is Saban in a dean’s costume. Hell, he had me ready to go back to school and get another degree and I’m a middle aged guy with a bad case of dad bod.

Have we ever lost a kid once he's gotten involved in the recruitment? I know that there aren't many examples, but he's hell recruiting
