Finally getting excited about this class. Been up and down, but had a feeling from past experience that it would close strong. In Saban We Trust.

Yea maybe it was a blessing and disguise we had last week off and could recruit balls to the walls. We had some ground to make up, and i know Saban lit a fire under everyone's arse to go out talk to some recruits so we can close strong.
I know in the past he had said that he thinks playing in the SEC.CG isnt too much of a hindrance bc the recruits see success, but we seemed more behind than usual this year and we still are going to the playoffs.

Just saw on Tennessee board that Pruitt has an offer in his hand according to a poster. Would suck to lose him before playoffs and recruiting

Pruitt to be head coach at Tennessee?
Just saw the thread. Tennessee has fallen on tough times that they are excited for Pruitt to be head coach.
Those clowns think Tosh would be his DC. I guess don't realize that DC at Bama is as good as it gets for a DC.

Landing him would be nice.
I hate that we lost to Auburn, but this extra week of recruiting combined with a cfb playoff berth is just what this class needed to get off life support.
