Bama has faded a little for Tyson Campbell since our strong pursuit of Surtain.

I wonder if we feel like we have a better chance at Surtain? I thought he was all but locked into LSU. Maybe we can change his mind a little this weekend lol

Surtain is all LSU as long as a certain guy is still at LSU.

I thought they would implode after Troy and we would reap benefits but it seems like they turned things around

Bama will crush their hopes and dreams tomorrow. Always fun to let them have a little hope going in.

That's our fault

I am gonna be bitter over that collapse for awhile... The truth is that LSU team still isn't good but they have gotten a boost with AU's collapse & playing some other bad programs. I fully expect a severe beating this Saturday

Recruiting question. Does it still seem like Bama is gonna pass on Seth Williams? That recruitment has baffled me. I mean I will take him 100% just confused why he seems lower on Bama's board

I know we have several receivers ahead of him that we will probably land, I dont know what the knock on him is, I love his size. Probably due to we are only getting 22 spots this class and WR's isnt our biggest area of need

Saivion Smith - probable
Nadab Joseph (could happen today)- probable
Jaylen Waddle - possible
Brendon Kaho - maybe

Nadab Joseph and Savion Smith. That will make 3/5 (along with JAD) of the DB puzzle complete.

Also, Emory Jones possibly.

Kaho depends on Quay.

That's what I'm hearing as well, and things aren't very clear on Quay right now from his standpoint, not ours. We want him, but don't want to be left holding the bag on any upcoming flip

So quay is higher on our board than kaho? Obviously right

Why would any LB want to flip from LBU?

Quay needs to poop or get off the pot. Why elite players seriously consider playing for an 8-4 program like AU is beyond me. It's out in the middle of nowhere, nothing to do, goofy coach and mediocre program...what's the draw? Early PT?

If Kaho wants to commit I wish we would let him. Let Quay go ahead and play the game somewhere else.

The staff must be high on quay? I understand the concern. We get top notch LB's every year. However we use a ton with different situations

Staff is obviously high on Quay. Just hope we don't lose Kaho while Quay plays around. Hopefully Quay solidifies his commitment and shuts things down. That'd be ideal. At least give him a deadline...say Jan 1st--if you're still unsure by then and taking visits, we're moving on because we have other elite LB's lined up trying to get into this class.

I know this is the 2018 megathread but I looked ahead and Tua’s brother and Bear Bryant’s great grandson will both be in class of 2019.

That’s crazy.
