Brooks had released a top nine (Oregon, TCU, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio State, LSU, Penn State, Florida State and Alabama) list back in August, but has since opened things back up to consider all of his options.
"I put out a top list but I canceled it because once September 1st came around I started getting a lot of love and stuff," Brooks explained.
TCU is the Crystal Ball leader for Brooks and he has been on multiple trips to TCU already this fall.
"I have always been a TCU fan, so I love what Coach P (Gary Patterson) has been doing with the program, so everything is great with TCU," Brooks said. "I don't want to jinx it but they are looking good (to make a playoff run)."
Brooks has an elite offer list that includes some of the top schools in the country. He is past the point of being hungry for new ones, but the defending National Champs are on his radar.
"I am not really looking for anybody, if they really want me then they will come to me," Brooks stated. "Clemson is showing a lot of love right now, but I really do not have a list of top schools because everyone is really showing a lot of love right now."
Brooks will be in attendance at the Red River Showdown in Dallas this weekend for the match-up between Oklahoma and Texas.

Not home right now. I'll repost the list later, but I don't think it's anything earth shattering for anyone who follows it closely.
I should also mention that as of today, we supposedly still feel really good about Bobby Brown, even though I doubt he's a private.

Campbell is a Bama/Uga battle. I think we'll get him.
There are a couple five stars (at least on one site) on the list. SS was a five star in high school. No clue if he's even been ranked yet. But after playing well as a freshman at L6U and playing well now, there's no reason not to consider him a 5* talent now.

I think our RB in the class will be Chris Curry. Currently committed to L6U. Watch his tape (youtube, not hudl... His hudl is private). He's awesome. No clue how he's only 3*. I'm still not where I can link anything.
