In Saban I trust, but even if Tua commits I still think it will be hard to get a four year work Visa.

Some Quotes from Tua Tagovailo's Dad:
quote:

Alabama was my personal favorite only because of our relationship and how we communicated with them,” Galu Tagovailoa said. “Ole Miss was the first to offer Tua and we had that relationship with them out in Hawaii. I guess somewhere along the way, it broke off a bit. When we visited (last weekend), it got stronger. Then Auburn — we really didn’t have a relationship with them. But we felt like because we are visiting Alabama and Ole Miss, why not come out and visit them? Our relationship with them got better on this visit. Right now, we are kind of gauging toward Alabama only because of the relationships we have with (offensive coordinator) Lane Kiffin and (coach) Nick Saban.

“That’s the family’s favorite, and mainly Tua’s right now.”

“If it was made today, just with what has happened this week, it would be Alabama,” Galu said. “Again, because of the relationship we built with them. Our relationship with Alabama has kept growing. This is just my opinion but it would be Alabama.”

Alabama offensive tackle commit Alex Leatherwood out of Pensacola (Fla.) Washington has been elevated to the No. 17 player in the country and the No. 6 offensive tackle according to 247Sports.

Leatherwood's rankings boost comes after a dominating camp performance at The Opening New Orleans Regional. Not only was Leatherwood among the most athletic offensive linemen in attendance, he was clearly the most overpowering physically and he was among the camp's most coachable prospects.

Leatherwood competed at The Opening New Orleans last year too as an underclassman. While he had a strong showing at that event, his development over the past year is remarkable and it sets his trajectory on a steep incline as he approaches the next level.

Though he's an Alabama commit, Leatherwood has visited LSU and Florida over the past two weekends and continues to be a high priority on a national level with spring offers from the likes of USC and MIchigan.

Clinton (Miss.) High running back Cam Akers made 247Sports’ list of top performers from The Opening Regional in New Orleans and earned an invite to The Opening Finals following a standout performance at the event on Sunday.

His day included an event-best Nike+ Football Football rating based on testing numbers that included 4.44-second 40-yard dash and a 40.6-inch vertical. After showing out on this big stage, Akers tweeted a shoutout to a 7-on-7 coach/trainer for helping him perform at such a high level on “the day after prom.”

Industry experts have already started to adjust their ratings for Akers following evals from his New Orleans showing, and they have resulted in a 16-spot jump in the 247Sports Composite from No. 35 overall to No. 19 and into the five-star range for the industry-generated ranking.

Akers was already being recruited with a five-star level of intensity by many of the nation’s top programs since backing out of his commitment to Alabama in early March. He’s recently been to the campuses of Georgia, Ohio State and Tennessee who are in line for a return visit and he has plans to see ACC powers Florida State and Clemson along with SEC West suitors Alabama, Ole Miss and Mississippi State, among others.

The 247Sports Crystal Ball for the U.S. Army All-American running back currently has the home-state Rebels in the lead (55 percent of total predictions) with additional predictions for Georgia, Mississippi State and Tennessee.
