Cam Akers and the #1 ranked Clinton Arrows are losing 14-0 to division rival Warren Central.

Some of you may remember former WC RB Brian Darden who played for Tennessee.

If you want to watch the game here is the link:

Five-star running back and Alabama commit Najee Harris will officially visit Alabama this weekend for the Texas A&M game, according to MaxPreps.

The nation's No. 1 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite, has been committed to the Crimson Tide since April of 2015, but as of late rumors have swirled about his interest in other programs, notably Michigan.

The 6-foot-3, 226-pounder last visited Tuscaloosa over the summer, before making a trip to Ann Arbor for the Wolverines' BBQ in August.

What I saw, it was based off Najee's game.

They were gonna jet if the game was put away early, but it went into the 4th quarter.

I've seen several posts in the last 2-3 weeks of people who have either seen Ruggs play or who have coached against him. All of them have absolutely raved about him, with a former coach wondering how he isn't a 5-star. He's kind of exploding in his senior year, and has moved to a very coveted guy by our staff. The comparison by our staff is Ardarius Stewart, both on and off the field, although Ruggs may have a step or two on Stewart. Great athlete who hasn't been playing football for that long and just now figuring out how to play.

It's not easy flying from California to Birmingham while trying to make it in for an early afternoon game.

I flew from Boise to Montgomery last summer and it took all damn day.

Stewart is really strong too. It'd be nice to have another player like him on the team.

A handful of Alabama commits and targets weighed in with their thoughts on how Alabama-Texas A&M would pan out. Spoiler alert: Everyone picked the Crimson Tide except for one. See below.

Isaiah Wilson, 4-star OT, Brooklyn (N.Y.) Poly Prep -- "I think Hogwarts will win. Final score 35-32. Final answer."

Alex Leatherwood, 5-star OT and Alabama commit, Pensacola (Fla.) Washington -- "I just know Bama takes the win."

Trey Smith, 5-star OT, Jackson (Tenn.) University -- "Bama wins by 28."

Todd Harris, 4-star S, Plaquemine (La.) -- 41-21

Ryan Johnson, 4-star DE, Mobile (Ala.) St. Paul's Episcopal

Christopher Allen, 4-star LB, Baton Rouge (La.) Southern Lab

Kedrick James, 3-star TE and Alabama commit, Waco (Texas) La Vega -- 49-27

Tariq Castro-Fields, 3-star CB, Upper Marlboro (Md.) Riverdale Baptist School -- 40-21

LaBryan Ray, 4-star DE, Madison (Ala.) James Clemens -- "Very close game. I think Bama wins by a field goal."

Derrik Allen, 2018 5-star CB, Marietta (Ga.) Lassiter -- 38-17

Reuben Unije, 2018 4-star OT, Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy -- 42-21

Alabama will be without its top commit on campus this afternoon, as five-star running back Najee Harris missed his flight out of California on Friday night, his mother tells BamaOnLine.

"We missed our flights," Tianna Hicks said. "Wasn't sure we would make it because he had a game and we weren't going to leave his team if they didn't have a lead, which didn't happen until late in the game."

Hicks spoke with BamaOnLine recently about her son's commitment status after rumors have swirled about Michigan's involvement in Harris' recruitment.

“My school, that’s Alabama, that’s where we are committed now and that’s where we plan on staying," Hicks said. "If anything changes, I’ll tell you it will be something I’m not aware of. For right now as far as we are all concerned, him too, we are still committed to Alabama, same commitment, 100 percent. He just doesn’t want to talk about it right now.”

Hicks went on to say that the official visit to Alabama will be rescheduled, the date of which has yet to be set.

There's a guy that use to post on Rivals the moved over to BOL that was a strength coach for a lot of Bama guys in high school.

His biggest name was Marcell Dareus, but I know he worked with Bozeman and Stewart too. Said Stewart came into his own when he bought into the regiment. Shows, he totes the rock like a RB fighting for yards...
